It was really sad when Thomas Sankara was betrayed by someone close to him. If he had lived longer, perhaps Burkina Faso would have been a developed country in West Africa. Rest in peace, Mr Sankara ❤️🇧🇫.
You are right. If he if he had lived longer, Burkina Faso would look like Singapore or Malaysia. He is no more but his ideas and his plans for the development of Burkina are there...we are just unlucky to have leaders who only care about themselves and not the country. But now we have Ibrahim
Traoré who is trying to follow in his footsteps, we hope he remains honest and makes good decisions that will move the country forward.
@@AbdoulTheTraveler In addition, if Thomas Sankara remained, the country could escape the unreasonable colonial tax of the French colonialists. I am really sad, Blaise Compaoré turned the country of Burkina Faso into the main source of resources for the French colonialists and the people did not benefit from those resources. I hope Ibrahim Traoré will do what Thomas Sankara did to develop the country.
@@mrhistorylearner I agree with you. We really hope Ibrahim Traoré will do better
