- I am so unbelievably proud of how this MAP turned out. I feel like a proud parent! This was my first MAP in some years and hosting is pretty different from how it used to be. This was my first MAP with a discord server, and it made things soooo much easier. There was only one dropped/kicked part and that was because I never heard from the person since they didn't join the server, everything else ran pretty smoothly!
Since this was my first MAP in a while, there were a couple of things I didn't do that are pretty standard now. I didn't do a thumbnail contest and I didn't do a credit sequence, things which I'll probably do next time now that my toes are back in the MAP pool.

Haha, as somebody who read all the warrior books. It’s easy to tell who is who. Most are shadowsight or ashfur or Cinderpelt. Though I can’t tell who is 1:16 is. Mothwing? Moth flight? Daisy!?!?

This is her favourite song and Warrior Cats is her favourite book series, which is why I grew up as a Warriors fan and why I’m still one today, so when we watched this together she was soooooo excited!
This MAP is now both mine and my mother’s favourite Warriors MAP.

Here's what's happening in all the parts.
0:00 - 0:15: Miscellaneous cats just hanging out.
0:16 - 0:24: Heathertail and Lionblaze (not entirely sure about this, please correct me if I'm wrong).
0:25 - 0:32: Yellowfang looking at Brokenkit, Hopekit, and Wishkit, followed by Brokentail killing Raggedstar. The image at the end shows Brokenstar, Yellowfang, Fireheart, Hopekit, and Wishkit.
0:33 - 0:40: Sorrelkit being fed deathberries by Darkstripe, then being rescued by Cinderpelt.
0:41 - 0:46: Rainflower telling Stormkit/Crookedkit and Oakkit the story of Mapleshade, though changing the ending to where Reedshine kills her instead of Perchpaw.
0:47 - 0:52: Mothwing and Willowshine.
0:53 - 1:01: Lionblaze, Hollyleaf, and Jayfeather as adults, then flashing back to when they were newborns in leafbare with Squirrelflight and Leafpool.
1:02 - 1:09: Leafpool visiting StarClan and meeting old medicine cats; Goosefeather on the moon, and Yellowfang, Spottedleaf, and Cinderpelt on the rock.
1:10 - 1:17: Mudfur convincing Mothwing to be a medicine cat, with StarClan cats beside him.
1:18 - 1:23: Squirrelflight and Leafpool being put on trial by StarClan for lying about the parentage of (and in Leafpool's case, birthing) Lionblaze, Hollyleaf, and Jayfeather.
1:24 - 1:30: Goosefeather being tormented by StarClan.
1:31 - 1:38: Pinestar and Leopardfoot looking proudly at their kits, Nightkit, Mistkit, and Tigerkit. Then, Leopardfoot crying over the deaths of Nightkit and Mistkit, followed by her wrapping her tail protectively around Tigerkit as Pinestar leaves ThunderClan.
1:39 - 1:46: Leopardstar watching in horror as Blackfoot kills Stonefur.
1:47 - 1:56: Bluefur breaking up with Oakheart, followed by her being "crowned" leader of ThunderClan by Sunstar. The ghosts of Snowfur, Moonflower, and Mosskit then appear (not entirely sure about that last part, please correct me if I'm wrong.)
1:57 - 2:02: Leafpool crying over Cinderpelt's death. Then, Cinderpelt is reincarnated into Cinderheart, who falls for Lionblaze.
2:03 - 2:11: Bluestar losing her mind and taking it out on Fireheart after Tigerclaw's betrayal.
2:12 - 2:19: Tigerheart falling for Dovewing.
2:20 - 2:27: Hollypaw finding Sol, followed by Sol talking to Firestar, then Blackstar.
2:28 - 2:34: Brambleclaw attacking Hawkfrost.
2:35 - 2:40: Jaypaw being bitter over the fact that he must train as a medicine cat rather than a warrior.
2:41 - 2:48: Bramblestar being possessed with his own spirit looking on in horror. Bristlefrost, Rootspring, and Shadowsight are shown, before it cuts to Possessed Bramblestar ruling ThunderClan.
2:49 - 2:56: Possessed Bramblestar trying to kill Shadowsight.
2:57 - 3:03: Possessed Bramblestar flaunting his power, before panning to one of the secret meetings between the rebels, Bristlefrost observing from the bushes.
3:04 - 3:12: StarClan telling Goosefeather about Tigerkit's dark destiny.
3:13 - 3:21: Bramblestar becoming possessed, and Shadowpaw trying to please Ashfur, not knowing the StarClan cat's true intentions.
3:22 - 3:31: Ashfur telling Shadowpaw about the Codebreakers, and how they must suffer to appease StarClan.
3:32 - 3:41: The New Prophecy gang at the sundrownplace, before meeting Midnight.
3:42 - 3:52: Brambleberry encouraging Crookedkit. She then watches him grow to become Crookedstar, before leading him to StarClan after his death.
3:53 - 3:58: The Great Battle occurs! Tigerstar leads the Dark Forest into battle, while Bluestar, Spottedleaf, and Yellowfang lead StarClan into battle.
3:59 - 4:06: Darktail drowning Needletail, then changing his mind and letting her live on the condition that she kills Violetpaw. Needletail instead turns to fight Darktail.
4:07 - 4:14: Hollyleaf killing Ashfur, then running into the tunnels with Jayfeather and Lionblaze trying to stop her.
4:15 - 4:20: The fire scene. Need I say more?
4:21 - 4:31: Jayfeather hanging out with Briarlight. Then, Briarlight dies, and Jayfeather grieves as Briarlight watches from StarClan.

I dont know if you want a legitimate answer but the unnatural contortions of beasts in heraldic art (the art style mimicked here) are done purposefully and for different reasons. Heraldry is as much a code as it is an art form, and every piece has a different meaning.

I’m pretty sure they made cats look like this is because they saw them as unruly and demonic beasts. That’s why the drew and painted them like they would a monster.
@@catherineparr5817 Kind of. At the time heraldry started, the vast majority of europeans had never seen a big cat. All they had was word of mouth, roman paintings of lions devouring christian martyrs and stylized oriental artwork of tigers. Oriental style is what inspired the art style overall while biblical tales influenced how these symbols were used and what they stood for.

Oml this was absolutely amazing, the take on warriors and medieval times was so creative and inspired so much beautiful artwork. Everyone did so well, especially when it came to keeping the medieval theme!! I loved this map, it's now one of my favorites.
Medieval cats are such a blessing. Moving past the strange paintings, the drawings of cats were very beautiful and adorable. It's my favorite style to draw cats.

This is easily one of the best animated warriors MAPS along with The Five Giants. I love the concept and the animations and the medieval theme! Everyone did such an amazing job!!

Every time I rewatch this I see things I didn’t see before... like in the beginning (with the title song hasn’t started yet) a cat drowning another in a stream, or a cat with a bee hive up to another. Good stuff. Good stuff.
This came out SO COOL!!! You did such an awesome job providing medieval resources and style direction for the MAP Star, you can really see how inspired everyone was! 3:00 - 3:03 I have *absolutely* no idea why but I wasn’t ready for that part of the map to come, and idk wot, but it scared the heck out of me. GREAT JOB TO THE PERSON WHO MADE THAT PART, the whole map was very stunning. ❤️

I've never read Warrior Cats and I don't even know any general plot details or any characters, but I truly ENJOY EVERY SECOND OF THIS VIDEO.

This is one of my favorite iterations of the warriors series! Medieval art work loves to use symbolism to further the nuance of the scene depicted and I love that everyone leaned into that artistic instinct!!!
Is it possible to get a synopsis of what exactly is happening? Not necessarily scene by scene but admittedly it's been a long time since I read warriors and it's hard for me to keep up with what exactly is going on since it's a MAP and theres no set character design that everyone had to follow. Please dont take that as a negatively! I really loved the different takes on the medieval iterations of the characters, (again the use of symbolism was spot on for this map!!) But it was hard for me to follow who was who, especially for characters I barely remember
