    This song is already well and truly engraved in my brain and fingers. My friend and I have a duet arrangement we play together. So fun!
    But, the answer is that it's the first piece in history to have sold 1 million copies of the sheet (although it's debated whether it's true or not). I like to believe it as Joplin is a bit of a personal hero!

      Yeah me too...it took me 7months to learn the entertainer N 3months only for Asection itself bcoz im a still beginner
      But when i try maple leaf so far it takes me 4days for A N B section...N 1week to master those 2sections...im so happy
      Hows ur progression?

    You know what's so different about that compared to the others? You do mistakes. That's refreshing compared to all the others who can play that perfectly and you'll lose hope before you really begin... ;-)

      Condense the piano part by moving LH notes up an octave and/or RH notes down an octave.

    Sure would be nice to see the written score for the way you are playing this.I cannot follow watching and or lessening. The first thing you said was Ab chromatic to E but I didn’t see you do that at all. Then you went on.. I had no idea where you were. Couldn’t see notes being played or understand what you said to play. I found the music so hopefully Will be able to learn with you. Hopefully quicker than learning the Entertainer. I am still struggling with that in just a couple of places.

    The actual speed of the song is 1.5x speed if u change it on CZcams I'm not hating on you guys I understand you have to slow it down to teach us and I like that method. Start slow and speed it up over time

    Your videos make no since to me at all. It would really help if you showed notes. Can't see with your fingers in the way. Have no idea what you are doing. The whole thing moves too fast. I am unsubscribing. I've tried your site a couple of times and find it waste my time.

      HDpiano I don’t believe that is correct personally, you can always make the speed go down to 0.5x like I did, and it helped me learn the whole song and I loved it, everyone that heard it was impressed. Thanks for this tutorial so much 👌
