I've lived in North Augusta South Carolina 🌴 for 45 yrs. I'm only a 4 mile drive from the Savannah River into Augusta Georgia. It's a common thing to live across the bridge but work in Augusta. North Augusta is a charming community that exploding with growth. There are several new subdivisions coming off of Martintown Rd. A new state of the art Police Department is being built now. A new minor league baseball field opened on the river in 2019, SRP Park and a pedestrian bridge is being built or remodeled to connect downtown Augusta to the ballpark across the river in SC.
Awesome video! I am also a transplant to Augusta area from Northern, CA. I love it here! Never thought I would since I was "California-rized!" Still feels like we are on an adventure discovering different areas...so this video helped!
I'm on the border of Richmond and Columbia County. We always go to Columbia County for everything. Doctors, groceries, etc. I'm off Washington Rd and love it! The traffic on the other hand is CRAZY 🤪

You’re correct! Kimberly lived in Roseville and when her husband was offered a job in Augusta they decided to move back east. I was thrilled to have her join my group.
We are moving from a ranch in Colorado. We are in our 60's and are looking for a suburb of Augusta GA. Would it be possible to purchase a home on a lake for around 650-750 thousand ? And very important that it's not too far from Hospitals, shopping, and events, is their such a place? 🤞

Mostly mosquitoes and palmetto bugs but seriously, not a big deal if you have a pest control company come out every couple of months.
Aiken is not even close to being a suburb of Augusta.
You could have said north of downtown, or across the river. 🙂
