"Those that deny their history are doomed to repeat it."
I'm from Germany and I really don't want to interfere in American matters. I can only speak about bad history, which we really had. But we will not deny it. Instead we have a lot of documentation centers and information, so it should never be forgotten.
But we don't want to have any statues that honor those events.

Exactly! It won't be forgotten bc it's recorded some place academic, it will never be forgotten. In Germany, Poland one can visit former Concentration camps that are set up as memorials not tributes. The people who lived through that I believe we're asked if they should be destroyed but then general consensus was "no , keep them as reminders so people can visit and learn and never do this again" or something along those lines. They are solemn places. They are for education. These statues should be recorded somehow perhaps even placed in a museum or something as a reminder of bad history but certainly not in a town square or street corner.

Because then it will prove that anyone who owns the news stations own this country and that the majority of the population are blind sheep. That will be a very sad day indeed. It's scary how people cant put two together that when trump went after China and the news stations that there was this flood of attacks against him. Chinese propaganda and our American news stations facilitating and helping it for viewership and advertisement money. The amount of times a clip of trump has been edited to give the illusion he said something when it was completely out of context. The news always adding in their opinion to brainwash the viewers instead of letting them form their own. So yeah, going with Biden is just a step back and scary...but there is a reason higher up companies want him...he is a puppet that will let the get away with outsourcing to China. I will tell you guys this if you ever find yourself in an argument with someone that tries to argue that the Confederacy wasn't about slavery: if you actually read the declarations of secession from the Confederate states, nearly all of them mention slavery as a cause for their desire to leave the US; in fact, several of them mention slavery as a reason in the first paragraph. So if someone tries to tell you that the Civil War was about "states' rights," they are technically correct; the US Civil War was about states' rights, chiefly among them the states' right to keep slavery legal.

There's no amount of country music that will erase what the flag means in my heart. To me it represents the fight to keep black people enslaved and divide our country. I think Tucker is just having a flashback to his childhood when his parents told him that the fact he exists is all his fault. So he is taking his aggressions out on the rest of us. That man needs serious therapy!

Tucker sounds like this the first time he's watched Sesame Street. Why didn't he have a problem when Big Bird wanted to change his looks because the other birds wouldn't let him play with them.Sesame Street has always promoted the idea that everyone should be treated kindly, fairly, and equally. And if the right didn't want them to take away guns (which were being used carelessly) from Sam and Elmer, maybe they shouldn't have spent so much time blaming violence on TV and video games.

His takeaway from that clip is beyond bonkers. If anything, Sesame Street is teaching kids that they can be part of changing things they don’t like. How are you going to act like the show is blaming Elmo for racism??? The whole deflecting issue of “white guilt” aside, I don’t think Elmo is white.
When will Tucker Carlson quit his bullshit?

Fox News reactionaries: If you're honestly surprised that Sesame Street has a progressive bent, you do not know JACK about Sesame Street. It was literally started in the late '60s by a renegade band of hippies with puppets, led by an experimental filmmaker. You were expecting maybe they'd put out the kiddywinkie version of National Review?

"you could have expected celebrity guests and looks at our funniest moments" - Is anybody really missing spending a third of the show time on a clip show and another third on people who want to add "late night guest" to his CV?
I like this much, much better.
And I challenge you to find celebrities as sweet as those two kids.
