This pre-birth memory left him completely after childhood and spontaneously returned 10 years ago when Christian took up a meditation practice and experienced a personal awakening journey.
While remembering pre-birth memories, Christian began to have Out of Body Experiences (OBEs).
Christian is the author of the upcoming book “A Walk in the Physical,” exploring the larger spiritual context in which we exist and the importance of love on our human journey.

Im from Norway, science-prone and a doctor in medicine. Fascinating dialog. I begun listening to Donald Hoffman, then Bernardo Kastrup, then Rupert Spira and now Christian Sundberg. They all point in same direction and it make sense. From earlier its proven that our space-time is not fundamental and the only thing we can be sure of exist is consciousness. And listening to Christian, mindblowing content and telling it all natural and with congruent bodylanguage. Im now a non-dual believer and never again atheism. At 34 min Christian talks about the collective awakening of humanity.. I feel that too. For years now I have been noticing the new generation of kids being far more empathic and accepting than even my generation was. People are accepting others differences and that why we see a resistance to it by some people. But that awakening is happening and so much needed

Thank you for this. I have not been to your channel before, I was just scrolling through Facebook, saw this linked by someone and clicked it on a whim. I was hooked and watched beginning to end, I'm sad that it ended, I feel I could have listened all night. I've been having a difficult time for a number of years, recently I've been feeling like I'm reaching my breaking point. Everything in this video was just what I needed to hear, so many things were in there that I once believed but have forgotten or lost faith in over time. It feels an odd coincidence to have stumbled across this video so randomly at a time when I needed it most. I can't quite describe exactly what an impact watching this had on me this evening but I would like you to know that it has helped me very much.

Thank you for the question on narcissism Bc I’m dealing with this situation now and not only am I choosing to face it, I also had a powerful dream. I dreamt that I had a mother who kept telling me that I was beautiful and I felt this amazing amount of love. So much love that I haven’t forgotten it and it helps me get through the dark feelings that can almost feel like a physical pain when you are unloved by a narcissist parent. I believe my guardians gave me that dream as a tool to remind me that I am loved much more than I know.
Always remember that you loved completely, unconditionally and forever as we all are. It is the stuff of life which is eternal.

"How do we deal with the home sickness"
It got real strong following my own EMDR therapy. Karma had been completed, especially the resulting forgiveness, and all I wanted was to go home.
Was I going home by disease, accident or even more dramatic?
Then my intuition heard a whisper, "Why not have another life without dying and rebirth?"
No-brainer.
For me there is no place I'd rather be than here in the trenches bringing joy.
I don't quite know how I arrived at this state of freedom.[forgivness] It feels like a teacher who delights in every little success of her students.
I feel like if we are able to love even tho we are so far away from our true nature which is unconditional love it’s even more incredible than feeling that love on that side. It’s everything. It’s the reason Jesus is such an incredible example of what we truly are.

Took me about 60 years to really love who I am as a soul. The best gifts I had were the hard times and tribulations. The best teaching were the understanding from near death experiences ( I'm forever grateful for all of the enlightening stories) , self reflections, conversations with the universe and the openness of mind and heart to see all of the constant signs and support from The bigger picture. I was cooking and when I heard the first question I couldn't run fast enough to the computer - I have asked God to give me an answer to this question many many many times - Of all the videos I watch on spiritual channels, animals are never mentioned, this is the first (and I've watched beyond many). To know why animals suffer far more than any human will ever suffer - their eyes cut off (shrimp ) teeth pulled out (pigs) raped yearly and children dragged away from them every year until their painful death (cows) I wonder why animals are never ever discussed. 150 billion animals violently (understatement) have their lives ended for them by humans each year. There are less than 8 billion humans. So where do they fit into all of this? I'm not sure that short answer was enough to answer such a huge question but hopefully it is the beginning of some answers.

The animals come in service of the developing humans. They are aware on some level that they will be food and have short lives. The mistreatment and cruelty they suffer is horrible but, the group oversouls of these animals and advanced members of their race forgive us because they see how cruel and violent people are to each other. The animals are also on the same path we are being in 2nd and eventually going to 3rd. Their great sacrifices will not be forgotten.

A very relevant message overall. When Christian said there was power in accepting your powerlessness, I thought of the millions of people around the world who have been jab raped in order to keep their jobs. They felt powerlessness against the prevailing regimes. I guess it is part of their individual and collective experience and will ultimately educate their souls.
Please do not use the term jab raped. Especially if you are a man. If you have not been sexually violated, raped, The way that millions of women are every day, please do not pretend that this is the same thing. A rape is a violation on every level of ones being. Maybe you think that having to get vaccinated when you don’t want to is the same, but trust me, it’s not.

My husband Bob has profound pre-birth memories and finally agreed to make them public. For most of his life, he was fearful his experiences would not be believed and subject him to skeptical ridicule. As a U.S. Secret Service Agent, Bob had Top Secret and Special Intelligence clearances and often carried a loaded revolver in close proximity to the President of The United States. Had he made them known, the Secret Service would have probably transferred him out of D.C forthwith!
Did You Choose Your Parents? is Bob Ritter's quest to keep a pre-birth vow given to a universal collective consciousness. The collective consciousness was horrified at the development of the atomic bomb and its use on Japanese civilian targets by the United States. The first atomic bomb was dropped over Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, exactly one year before Bob's rebirth. The second A-bomb was dropped on Nagasaki three days later. When Christian talked about ‘home sickness’ it really resonated with me and tapped into thoughts I have had for the past month. I came to the conclusion that I had not really wanted to have ‘this’ human experience. It explains so much. Feeling in limbo much of the time. Thank you for this very interesting live stream Luisa! The Universe arranged for me to be able to watch it live. Normally I would have been doing something else whilst it was on, but that got postponed. Christian is very knowledgeable. There are so many comments I could make about what was discussed, but I am going to limit myself to two which are connected.
I have a conjecture, which is that every biological organism has a soul that animates it. I call it a conjecture because I am not yet sure that some people are not NPCs as Christian hypothesised. My conjecture is suggested by what I am explaining in the script for my next video, "Future memory and the Origin of Time". It is too much to explain here, but there will be an explanation in the video. In contrast as we make the transition into the new age that Christian also discussed, it very much seems as if there are people who are NPCs. In fact some times it seems that they are the majority. I don't think they are soulless though, simply more easily controlled by psychological manipulation. This explains how the transition is occurring and what it is about.
There is much talk about 3D becoming 5D, and it seems to me that many have a very vague and nebulous idea about what that means; very similar to what was believed about 2012. Many thought that, at the winter solstice of 2012, an alien fleet would show up to take all the "spiritual" people to a better world, or that some how the Earth would phase shift into an alternate magical level of reality. That didn't happen of course because such ideas are based upon misconceptions.
We did pass into a new age at the winter solstice of 2012, and the effect of that transition was very real. It is driving the transition to 5D. It is not that we are going anywhere or that the world is changing physically. 2012 was simply an important mile stone where we stepped into a new age of self determination. To live harmoniously in the new age people will have to be response-able for their self-determined action. That necessitates a spiritual maturity that makes people truly intelligent. True intelligence is holistic. It is not just about IQ. I call IQ Intellect Quotient because that better describes its nature. It is a powerful ability but one that can be used wisely or unwisely. Thus it can magnify wisdom or stupidity even to the point of turning stupidity into anti-intelligence. People with high IQs can actually be far more anti-intelligent. For example, no person of average IQ could invent a hydrogen bomb.
The world is currently being controlled by the most anti-intelligent people on the planet. Their efforts to take their stupidity to a whole new level is the way the transition is manifesting. They have turned many people into apparent NPCs with their psychological manipulation. Thus people have been fooled into the severing of their blood lines via obedience to fake authority, essentially by trusting what they are told and following orders, instead of finding out the truth for themselves and following their inner guidance. As I explain, in my video "The Fate of Humanity", we will have the world of peace and freedom prophesied by Jenny Cockell's future memories. This will happen because the human DNA that survives will be far more truly intelligent. This transition is going to occur very quickly. I think it will be done before 2025, and hopefully well before that. In my latest video, "The Cognitive Catastrophe", I explain why I think the transition will be quick. I haven't got around to creating a linking video for my You Tube channel yet. However, I have posted a linking video to "The Fate of Humanity". @@wisconsinfarmer4742 As I wrote my comment I had a synchronicity. You Tube presented me with the a video by the Sprouts channel which validated my point about IQ and wisdom. It is called "Bonhoffer's Theory of Stupidity". I highly recommend it. Bonhoffer concluded that stupidity is not an intelectual defect, but a moral one. It is not how I would put things but in essence he was correct. I think that wisdom or the lack of it depends upon one's ability to feel a connection to source. Thus it not only determines how compassionate a person is but also how much they care about the truth.

I’ve seen him speak before, i like the way he expresses certain ideas. I wish i would have been available live as well to ask about the idea of our Higher Self and having multiple experiences at once. I have wondered a few times and want to ask is it possible under that logic that my son for example is actually another aspect of “me” or my dog or name the other physical identity we interact with daily. I guess I’m taking the we are all one to new heights but wondering would our higher self ever so that where we have multiple aspects of ourselves incarnated and interacting with each other or are all other physical encounters always other spiritual beings.
I feel that yes, our soul can play multiple characters "at once." I suspect it is quite rare to interact with another character that is "you," but possible. Still, I feel that distinction is not terribly important: at the deepest level, we are all One anyway! :)

Two of my FAVORITE souls together at one time. Wow... I LOVE this. I truly hate I missed this live Q & A. If I would have been able to attend I would have asked about exit points. Do we have different exit points and did we decide those before we were born?
I saw Christian on two other podcasts. I am simply blown away with what he knows. He also is very articulate the way he tells his story, not offending anyone and very careful with how says things. With that being said, l have an identical twin sister, and we even shared one placenta. Since we started out being one baby before splitting into two,, does that mean we each have our own soul or do we share the same soul? If anyone out there knows please let me know. I feel it is possible that one soul could play two twin siblings, but I would suspect it's much more likely two souls playing the two siblings. Perhaps two souls who have previous deep relationship with each other in other roles that which to experience something together: I imagine signing up to experience being twins is an amazing experience! :)

As far as being a twin goes, I'm going to guess that my twin and I are separate souls. But the more I think about it, maybe not cause we look the same, we talk the same, we feel the same and most of all we think the same. It's like having a conversation with myself. I had 3 boys and a girl and she had 3 boys and a girl. Boy the stories I could tell about the wonderful life we have had as identical twins. We are almost 70 now and continue to amaze each other on our similarities. We started out as "woumb mates" and hope to leave this world together.
Actually now that l think about it again, I don't know if we are one soul or two. It really doesn't matter but l just wanted to get your take on it.

So far I've found Christian on about 5 or 6 other channels. His story is so amazing that l just can't get enough of watching him. I have seen many many nde's over the last 6 months and there are several out there that are very powerful too. Peter Panagore, Howard storm and a lot of others. Christian's story was very unique and intriguing. I've never heard one quite like his. They all make me feel better but his really gets to me. I would find it very difficult to live this life without the hope l get from these. On top of all that, Christian is so sweet and sincere. Very believable.
As far as being a twin, l can't tell you how wonderful it is. I could go on all day telling you the funny, great things that we have experienced. Since we are identical, my twin s four kids and my four kids should be cousins but they are brothers and sisters cause their moms, (her and l) have the same DNA. It's also amazing to have a sister that not only looks like you but actually thinks like you do. Our own mother would get us mixed up. We were pregnant twice together and we had different doctors. I have so many questions.. like this one. Are we meant to stop injustices we see.. speak up to wrong doing or abuse? Or are we meant to experience that.. and the victims chose to go through it and our intervention would be interupting their experience?
We are meant to live in love, to actualize love- and loving intent transcends all axes and works through them all, too. A world of fully actualized love is a healed world, with no more abuse. Love means we serve the other and stop injustices wherever we can. Also, there are times someone might best be served by experiencing some contrast or lesson. What matters is that we use our actual best "quality of intent"- that is make the very best genuine caring decision we can with the full information we have available to us, and act accordingly. I personally feel the cases for the former (actively stopping injustice) will likely be far more prevalent than the latter (intentionally allowing some lesson to continue). Meanwhile such ambiguity is why discernment is so valuable and important.
I have intervened some situations. sometimes we are on stage and must act. .. and sometimes we put forth the best we are and it changes all of the actors in ways you will never know.
It has resulted in apparent monsters reversing their trajectory. When we are on the other side planning this, any prospect of temporary suffering is viewed as a small price to pay for growing brotherly love.

I will tell you now with 100% assurance: Angels are great beings, they have Free Will and many beautiful characteristics,. However, they are not to be thought of as to their powers over humans - this is not the case. They are 1 Creation within, of God's Infinite Ability. I've noticed, for the few I remember interacting with, they do a job given to them but make a wise choice to give all credit, and important decisions, unto God.
Everyone has the same two purposes. You will find your Creator and re-establish The Relationship with The Creator. You will do great things.
If you seek you will find. Seek and be rewarded. All credit goes to ONE GOD. You may be the best thing on earth right now. Better than even the Angels if you try. You can change the planet. It is actually pretty simple. Truth can be found in multiple books. God Wrote multiple Books. God is operating on a global scale.
God explained to me many things in a PBE and NDE. God can make something out of nothing. Angels can be directed to pluck people from Hell and send them to a new life with much of their memory removed. I was given instructions by Angels before I came here and have experienced them operate in this world. I was not from reincarnation but a new soul in God's Creation. I remember my Creation. The created instantly and absolutely knows their Creator, which is The Creator.
As for reincarnation, because so many get it wrong..... God sees this very much, very similar or near same as death. I did not understand death entirely before I came to this world, Then God made it crystal clear to me that our goal is not death, it is not reincarnation, it is not going to hell or somewhere with much of our memory removed. 99% of your memory removed is death.
We are supposed to keep our memory from this point forward. We are supposed to do these things: heal, forgive, ask for forgiveness and learn how to Love God and others.
We are especially supposed to establish a Relationship with our Creator, The Creator. This is the assurance that death and reincarnation will be avoided. Seek The Creator from your heart and your soul. God bless you!

We can only feel bored with "form"- that is ideas, objects, things- and so spirituality can only be experienced as "boring" when we are considering it as (yet another) form (idea/ belief). Life itself- the living awareness itself, consciousness itself- is FULL of life, joy, freedom, creativity... spirituality is about knowing that and living it even here within this dense experience of form. In other words, following your excitement is, by definition, exciting. :) I hope that helps! :)

We have a lot of fear, and the constraints here are very high. So often we need many experiences to evolve to the depth necessary to meet even these constraints with love. We are doing it. :)

I dont understand , I have heard this in many places that we are here to learn. However, if we are perfect already and full of love , what it is do we need to learn , why do we need to get behind the veil , and learn here. What is the point ? According to many religions , we are here to shed our false self. I dont get what's the point of developing the false self , when it doesnt exist anyway. This is all so confusing.
We don't "need" to do anything. But we choose to engage realities of form so that we can expand what IS real- our being itself, which is love and joy. So the integration of experience is the evolution of love and joy (and operating in such a highly constraining veiled experience permits a huge amount of potential experience integration). Here are just a couple excerpts from my book about this question for consideration in case it helps (I make a number of comments about these questions in the book, the following are just two quick responses). I cannot speak to anyone's specific NDE, but first just sharing this general comment about why NDEs are so different in case it is helpful: "The reason NDEs are so different is because the thing that is actually fundamentally real is consciousness (spirit) itself. The forms that consciousness experiences - the objects and environments and even ideas - are not fundamental. They change. In our own reality on Earth, we have an apparently shared objective reality (technically it’s the experience of a shared reality rather than a fundamental place). But other reality systems have different “rules” and are more responsive to the nature of the individual. They are generally much more responsive to belief, thought, and intent. In the course of an NDE, differences in individuals and their human experience become apparent in the environment of those more responsive reality systems and in the content of the experience. The higher realities speak to the earthly personality in the “experience language” of that personality. They are very real experiences that are in many cases custom-made for the individual, until that individual “steps past” the local personality (past the “point of no return”). Put another way: Higher reality systems are thought-responsive and belief-responsive, so while earthly assumptions and beliefs still define reality for the individual, the apparently external environments of those realities will interact with the personality in a way that is the best physical “translation” for that individual. Note: That doesn’t mean they’re not real! Indeed, experiences of higher systems are commonly perceived as far more real than the experience of our physical world." And just one quick comment about whether "hell is real": "The unconditional love of Source transcends all the reality experiences of form. But within experiences of form (whether in this reality or others), great contrast is possible. When we go “far” from Source, we can experience great fear, and where there is fear, “darkness” happens (ego, selfishness, greed, etc.). We are powerful, creative beings; and so, whether in this physical reality or in other more thought-responsive realities, we can create hellish experiences due to our fear and because of our beliefs and expectations. All of that, however, is contained within the great transcendent Beingness that gives rise to it all. In other words, the unconditional love is first - and then within that love we are even given the opportunity to experience environments of stark contrast in this and other reality systems, some of which can be hellish - until we evolve past that fear and expand the love and joy in due measure."

It doesn't seem that you believe or may be aware that much of what you learned and experienced in your NDE and spiritual experiences could be false or that you could have been deceived, despite how amazing and wonderful your experiences seem to have been. We mortals are like infants, so easily deceived by any spiritual entity or experience, if we aren't aware we can be deceived. Falsehoods can feel and seem so incredibly true to us in this mortal realm. Many of the things you relate as truth seem contrary to the natural universal laws that govern earth and the afterlife (like true unconditional love is one of those laws), not to mention they are contrary to what others learn and experience in countless other NDE's and spiritual experiences. For instance, many of the ideas you share appear false, for, if believed, they would cause more bad choices, chaos, unhappiness and destruction in this life for people and societies, whereas truth always brings more love, light, happiness and progression for people or society. To help see truth from error about anything, we can ask ourselves, "What would the effect or outcome on society be like if everyone believed or did this, etc.?" Even then it's hard to imagine or see anything beyond our own beliefs and desires or how they affect others and society or the world, for it's natural for most people to think their views and beliefs are right or that their NDE or other spiritual experiences are all true, for our experience and what we learned can feel so true, wonderful and amazing to us, even if false. For falsehoods are usually more appealing and believable to mortals than truths. And most people don't want to believe that spiritual entities can be dark or light and thus use truth or falsehoods in NDE's or any spiritual experience, which mortals would not be able to tell which is which, without almost a lifetime of studying and proving ideas over time. In reality, NDE's are likely mostly falsehoods with a little truth mixed in, all based on our desires (for our agency is respected, even in NDE's) and depending on our soul's level of progression towards love and light. If someone isn't aware of or doesn't talk about the fact they could easily be deceived in their NDE, etc, then that's a huge sign that they were. As humans we naturally think we are right or we naturally believe most of what we hear or learn, whether from other mortals or higher intelligences. But the reality is, we can easily be deceived by either, and wouldn't know it unless we are wise enough to take everything we learn or hear with a huge grain of salt and ponder and study it and prove it true 1st by solid facts, before believing anything, and even then continue to 2nd guess all our beliefs over time. For most of what we learn in society or believe as mortals since birth is false and wrong, and the same is true for spiritual experiences. In the spiritual realm and in this life most all souls prefer falsehoods over truth, because truth requires more from us, thus we are rarely shown truths we aren't ready for or don't want to know, so dark or light spiritual entities would only show or tell us things that confirm the false beliefs we prefer, or confirm the truths we are ready for. Either way we can only know if something is true or false by pondering and studying those new ideas over time, to eventually prove what is true or false in our experiences. So the wisest approach with NDE's or any spiritual experience, ours or anyone else's, is to assume most of it is false and then throughout our lives we can ponder it all and try to discern what proves true about it and what proves false, by solid facts. Deception is unfortunately the norm in this life and in NDE's, not truth, because falsehoods usually sound better to us than truth and because of our tendency as mortals to blindly believe things, cause it's easier than taking a long time to study and prove things out. We see this in all religions around the world and how the vast majority of humans blindly believe in the religion or customs of the society they were born into, and only a small minority rethink it all and find the errors and falsehoods. Truth is rare to find in any NDE, just like it is rare to find anywhere in life. It's meant to be this way, so we have to do a long sincere search to find truth so we more likely will accept it when found, for falsehoods seem so much easier. Thus we must question everything, no matter how good or true it may seem, so we aren't deceived. But I do believe unconditional love is the highest and greatest power in the universe, but like truth, real true love is very rare on earth, few even believe in it or understand it, for so many false things can be called love when it isn't. But eventually, over time in the afterlife, sooner or later, everyone's soul will progress and learn how to have true unconditional love, the kind we feel in NDE's. That's probably the truest part of any NDE, the love we feel, in order to inspire us to live better and learn to have this kind of love for ourselves and others. We will be the same person when we pass over to the spirit realm as we are now in this life, just as we were the same kind of person or soul before we came to this earth as we are here, unless we choose to change and progress here. This life is for progression, to help us see our faults, weaknesses and where we have been deceived to believe falsehoods, if we desire to see those things, and change and perfect ourselves. Souls in the spiritual realm, before and after mortal life, are and can be deceived by falsehoods, and must learn to desire truth and light in order to progress. Our soul either desires light and truth or darkness and falsehoods, and passing over into the spirit realm doesn't change that or us. Our true nature follows us into the afterlife and we continue to progress there, fast or slow, according to our soul's desires and agency.
If someone asked you: "Are you aware?" (As in, "Do you experience?") You could answer, "Yes," and you could do so knowing your answer is not prone itself to deception, because it is so integral and personally known. In a similar but much, much deeper way, when our higher nature is known, there is no room for deception, because all is fully known and experienced within one's Being. Deception can only occur in systems of limitation where knowing is not complete. And our higher being fully transcends such limitations.
Sir as I saw ur blog u said in ur experience....our true nature is non dual but we have free will....are this both true don't contradict each other??
We transcend duality, even as we wield intention before it and through it. Intention shines through choice making within contexts of form, but our true nature transcends, precedes, and gives rise to those contexts of form. I hope that helps!
