It's cause Mr. puzzle is more human and therefore more terrifying. He shares a lot of similarities to someone like Stefano Valentini, except instead of creating "art" he creates "entertainment". He's basically a toned down sociopath. What's also unsettling is how little we know. We know nothing about him, what his end goal is, if there even is one. And the main cast, never stood a chance, never got to put up a fight, because they never saw him coming.
I mean mr puzzles did kill more people, he killed the monster that ate the castle, he killed one shot wren, he killed marty and, he probably created the god box, and he might kill someone in the future

Well, we saw the recent episodes and I think he's more powerful and dangerous than Zero. I mean, Mr Puzzles is able to create objects out of thin air, rewind time itself, brainwash characters, and warping reality itself. No character, no, *NO* villain has ever displayed abilities that come close to these. We only saw a glimpse of it with Zero and Puzzles can somehow do those aforementioned abilities with ease. Even the previous arc villains not named Zero weren't exactly as you might think since they often relied on a plot device to pose an actual threat. I don't think Mr Puzzles even needs that remote to control the world around him because we saw him warp reality without moving.

Yep. No backstory, no motive, nothing. It honestly makes him more terrifying than the likes of francis, Zero, or even Lawyer Kong. Even if they were scary, at least they had some sort of clear motive or backstory. Mr Puzzles? We don't know what he is, where he came from, how long he's been watching the crew, why he targeted the crew, nothing. He's just... there. Even in his first appearance, there was little foreshadowing at all about his existence. It's like he popped out of thin air which doesn't make sense. He has to come from somewhere. So *WHERE* did he come from and what are his motives? Mr Puzzles perfectly embodies the "Nothing is Scarier" trope to a T.
Good job on seeing the one next to the Showgrounds name, I saw it but couldn't inform anyone, it by itself explains the entirety of Mr. Puzzles influence on what has happenned in the Showgrounds and how he got here. I saw someone saying that he destroyed the castle and put the Showgrounds ad in Boopkins computer just for the crew to be nearer.
Honestly hope that if we see him the “real world” he gets his TV voice effect back, and it can be a way to tell whether the characters are in “his world” or not.

SMG4 went from making arcs to making an entire saga. It's amazing. Eldritch Zero was omnipotent which made him scary, Lawyer Kong was omniconscious which was also scary but Mr. Puzzles seems to be omnipresent, which is terrifying since he's literally any/everywhere.

Waluigi and Bob were rejected and had no one on their side, which meant that they had nothing to lose and nothing that stopped them from being evil guys. Francis literally saw no value in life, he was set on sacrificing any inkling and octoling in order to create a perfect world for himself and himself alone. SMG3 and SMG4 are two faces of the same coin. Both want to be at the very top, but one was for the sake of surpassing the other while the other wanted to meet or surpass expectations. Also, we have Wren and Marty, both wanting to achieve SUCCESS so badly, and Mr. Puzzles took advantage of that.
First he caused them to go to the show grounds, trapped Meggys idol to make a Wild West show, then stole his notebook and gave it to Marty to make a James bind style movie. Now he trapped the characters because they kept out smarting him.
It’s funny how the song’s first appearance in its gotta be perfect became the theme of Mr Puzzles and was used in the puzzlevision intro and then given lyrics in the TV Time song from Mario’s Mysteries

This may be the worst villain. What if he caused true form waluigi, zero, Nintendo, and many more villains to attack them? Or maybe he brings them back as illusion bosses? But what if he caused Saiko and Kaizo’s game to be corrupt since it’s inside a computer? Mr. Puzzles is genuinely terrifying. Given that he has caused 4 entire arcs (mind you, for pure ENTERTAINMENT and probably more), he may even be more powerful than Zero (who was practically a GOD).

No character in the SMG4 series has displayed powers of this level. Zero only displayed a bit of it in his appearances yet Mr Puzzles can do these aforementioned abilities in mere seconds. What's also terrifying is the fact that we know *NOTHING* about Mr Puzzles. At least Zero had something of a backstory and clear motive (even if it took a year for full context). Mr Puzzles on the other hand? We don't know anything about this tv entity. There's no explanation as to what Mr Puzzles is, where he came from, how long he's been watching the crew, why he's targeting the crew for that matter, who/what made him (If he was even made by anyone for that matter), or anything. No backstory, no motive, nothing. He's just... there. Mr Puzzles has caused so much stuff in the series and we still know next to nothing about him. Mario then ends off by saying "And looks like the show's cancelled". -Near the end, Saiko and Melony complain about how they barely did anything. Same for the other characters too that aren't Mario, Meggy, SMG3, SMG4, Bob, Luigi, or Tari. -Tons of horror and nightmare fuel obviously. -While not likely, a character might die this arc. -Clench will reveal himself as a twist villain. -Thanks to the status quo, Peach doesn't get killed and is reverted to normal, but she ends up getting pissed. She now plans on exiling the crew, kickstarting the Peach Utopia arc. Again, these are just my thoughts and it may not be 100% accurate, but I made these based on how previous arcs went

It was sure a surprise when we saw Mr. Puzzles for the first time.
I know this isn’t what they are planning to do in this arc, but can we just imagine that this guy could be like an arch rival to Mr monitor, like a criminal that Mr monitor could never capture or arrest like jigsaw but in the smg4 universe?
Even though I hate this scumbag that caused a lot of troubles, I can't get over how cool and good his voice is, his impressive abilities, and how his singing voice is.
And I honestly would love him more if he wasn't a very evil antagonist

Yep. No backstory, no motive, nothing. It honestly makes him more terrifying than the likes of francis, Zero, or even Lawyer Kong. Even if they were scary, at least they had some sort of clear motive or backstory. Mr Puzzles? We don't know what he is, where he came from, how long he's been watching the crew, why he targeted the crew, nothing. He's just... there.
Even in his first appearance, there was little foreshadowing at all about his existence. It's like he popped out of thin air which doesn't make sense. He has to come from somewhere. So *WHERE* did he come from and what are his motives?
Mr Puzzles perfectly embodies the "Nothing is Scarier" trope to a T.

Select TV guy was planned as far back as before the first two arcs that came before this newest ark are you shiting me. Man SMG4 knew what the hell he was planning and he set it up perfectly. F*** he had it from the very beginning the final part where he was trying to create the perfect video. And in another sense he had it right when Maggie's hero was being used to trick them into a digital real.

Eldritch Zero was omnipotent which made him scary, Lawyer Kong was omniconscious which was also scary but Mr. Puzzles seems to be omnipresent, which is terrifying since he's literally any/everywhere.

I think the scary part about villians like Waluigi, Francis, SMG3 and SMG4 isn't their biggest strength, but the weakness.
Waluigi and Bob were rejected and had no one on their side, which meant that they had nothing to lose and nothing that stopped them from being evil guys.
Francis literally saw no value in life, he was set on sacrificing any inkling and octoling in order to create a perfect world for himself and himself alone.
SMG3 and SMG4 are two faces of the same coin. Both want to be at the very top, but one was for the sake of surpassing the other while the other wanted to meet or surpass expectations.
Also, we have Wren and Marty, both wanting to achieve SUCCESS so badly, and Mr. Puzzles took advantage of that.

This may be the worst villain. What if he caused true form waluigi, zero, Nintendo, and many more villains to attack them? Or maybe he brings them back as illusion bosses? But what if he caused Saiko and Kaizo’s game to be corrupt since it’s inside a computer? I saw a theory on how this is SMG1 but that makes no sense since we see him and 2 in western spaghetti and they have no evil intentions. All I hope is that we learn why he is being like this and his true alias is as Mr puzzles sounds kiddish

Mr. Puzzles is genuinely terrifying. Given that he has caused 4 entire arcs (mind you, for pure ENTERTAINMENT and probably more), he may even be more powerful than Zero (who was practically a GOD).
Yeah, Mr Puzzles can literally create objects out of thin air, hack electronics, brainwash people, warp reality, and manipulate time itself. No character in the SMG4 series has displayed powers of this level. Zero only displayed a bit of it in his appearances yet Mr Puzzles can do these aforementioned abilities in mere seconds.
What's also terrifying is the fact that we know *NOTHING* about Mr Puzzles. At least Zero had something of a backstory and clear motive (even if it took a year for full context). Mr Puzzles on the other hand? We don't know anything about this tv entity. There's no explanation as to what Mr Puzzles is, where he came from, how long he's been watching the crew, why he's targeting the crew for that matter, who/what made him (If he was even made by anyone for that matter), or anything. No backstory, no motive, nothing. He's just... there.
Mr Puzzles has caused so much stuff in the series and we still know next to nothing about him. Even if Zero was scary, at least we (and the characters) had some idea as to how he was and what he was capable of. Mr Puzzles is a complete enigma of a boogeyman. In his debut in IGTBP, Mr Puzzles shows up out of nowhere with little context or foreshadowing at all. It gives off the impression that Mr Puzzles popped out of thin air which doesn't make sense. Everything has to come from somewhere. So where did Mr Puzzles come from and what exactly are his motives concerning the glitchy crew.

Predictions for the upcoming movie:
-Mario is gonna be the protagonist who will go around and free his friends from the simulation
-Mr Puzzles will gain a one winged angel form near the end and trap Mario's friend, forcing a one vs one battle to happen.
-Before going one winged angel, Mr Puzzles creates AIs of dead characters for the heroes to fight just to spite them
-Mr Puzzles ends up dying permanently by Mario who avenges all the victims that were targeted by Mr Puzzles (Perhaps Mario would have him be killed by forcefully throwing him into a vat of the demonic goop. This would be fitting as MR Puzzles would be killed by the same thing that was used to destroy the castle)
-Rather than revealing his backstory, Mr Puzzles outright mocks the whole "Freudian excuse" trope by offering tons of backstories that all conflict with each other. Mr Puzzles would, however, reveal that he did kickstart every arc, but outside of that, we wouldn't exactly know what drove him to become evil.
-Mr Puzzles taunts to Mario about how his friends won't be able to help him this time, but knowing how strong he truly is, Mario unleashes a barrage of meme energy to fully defeat him. Mario then ends off by saying "And looks like the show's cancelled".
-Near the end, Saiko and Melony complain about how they barely did anything. Same for the other characters too that aren't Mario, Meggy, SMG3, SMG4, Bob, Luigi, or Tari.
-Tons of horror and nightmare fuel obviously.
-While not likely, a character might die this arc.
-Clench will reveal himself as a twist villain.
-Thanks to the status quo, Peach doesn't get killed and is reverted to normal, but she ends up getting pissed. She now plans on exiling the crew, kickstarting the Peach Utopia arc.
Again, these are just my thoughts and it may not be 100% accurate, but I made these based on how previous arcs went
