- "White Lines" is the B-side of the famous "Goodbye Horses" single released in 1991 by Q Lazzarus. I decided to post this because i couldn't find this song in CZcams (or any other website) yet. I threw in some pictures because this is a video site after all, if you don't like it just ignore them and listen to this great song.
One of those bands you just can't understand how they never went anywhere. Honestly without Silence of the Lambs they'd be largely unknown.
I just happened to find out about her passing about a month ago. Made me sad. This song is criminally underrated. Rest easy, Diane Luckey.
An icon left behind by an industry that just wasn't ready for someone so unique. 🙏😔
Very underrated, record companies did not want to sign her , because they felt they could not promote her. Saw them at the pyramid club back in the 90s . So good.
Damn it's too bad she didn't have a better career. Her voice is great and the (few) songs here on youtube sound amazing! One of those hidden gems that never got the attention she deserved.
She is now a bus driver in Staten Island. There is a CZcams video on it, even a photo of her from now. She says she doesn’t want to make music or even do interviews, she said the music industry is a scary place.
RIP Q Lazzarus.
Q Lazzarus was robbed in life, God bless.
You can really feel the fleetwood mac influence... nice
IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS FOR AGES, its super rare.
I had been in contact with Mark Barrett, the guitarist of Q Lazzarus. But unfortunately he died in 2008.
Q Lazzarus did a whole album in westcoast music style but was never released. And the members splitted up after the record company ripped them off. Mark Barrett joined INERTIA (electro industrial band from england) and did lots of songs with them.
I never even knew she had a B-Side that she released until now. Absolutely unfathomable that such an incredible voice could be so hidden away. Much love to you Diane Luckey.
RIP Queen
Eternal life for a good quality audio of this song.
I'm here in 2022 discovering this band! Absolutely unreal, I've really enjoyed getting in to this band. I feel they should of been bigger!
Q, if you're out there, we need you back.
damn q was so good, how was she not a bigger thing
Stumbled across Q Lazzarus while listening to some other tunes......can't stop listening to this song. Like a drug I want more, more.......
Thanks for sharing -
Laughed at the pictures. They didn't seem random... They seemed _desperately_ random!
Brilliant! One of the best songs I have ever heard. Much of the world missed out on the awesome event of your display of talent and musicianship. But there are those of us who do know and remember you. We love you Q thank you for being you. Your mark is as rare and unique as the very letter that signs you. One of a kind; one that didn't fit in many places; only one that fits in your place. Your work is appreciated and your star will never die. Ascend high.
