hi@@p.lakshitha5302. i was surprised how it worked even though i didn't hear anything too. but when you use earphones and make volume 100 in everything and listen carefully, there are actually affirmations so you don't have to actually hear it. I used it with volume 40 or 50 and sometimes opened some songs on top of this, it still worked because your subconsious does the listening

You won't/shouldn't hear the affirmations under them because they're made to be in such a way that only your subconscious picks up the affirmation and you listen to the music so that your brain doesn't try to defend any positive affirmations from the subliminal.
