Tiffany I was a pharmacy tech for 25 years, your body gets used to 1 kind of allergy med. So change it up your zyrtec to Allegra for a couple weeks and give your body a change . Then you should be able to go back to zyrtec. If you want extra decongestant you need to get the kind with Sudafed in it, Zytrec-d or allegra-d. In Minnesota we have to get it behind the pharmacy counter. Hope that helps. Seeing an allergist to find out what you are allergic to helps alot too. That way you know what your body is fighting against. Good luck❤

Angela's right 🎯 whatever you choose you have to alternate, that's the key. 👍 And truly the bottom line is if you want the stuff that TRULY works you have to go to the items behind the pharmacy counter.

Tiffany, I think you look amazing just the way you are. As we age our body changes. As long as you stay with a heart healthy diet and walk to keep that heart muscle intact you will live a long life. I love the new professional outfits you are wearing. You are a mom of great adult children and should be very proud of all your accomplishments. You have such a fun personality, I look forward to every one of your videos!

I’m not used to pollen because I lived in Fort Lauderdale for 40 years and we had no pollen. Now I live in North Carolina and I’ve never seen anything like this cars are covered in pollen. The doctor told me to use besides the Flonase spray she told me to use an over-the-counter antihistamine spray and said that would help even more than taking oral. I live on Zyrtec that I take every day, but she said use an antihistamine nasal spray.

Can't comment on the allergy stuff. I'm lucky not to get that, but what was very unlucky was breaking my nose at like 5 years old. Was a very stubborn brat didn't want to listen. My mother used to play with me jumping off a chair and she would catch me. She told me to stop her soap opera was coming on and I said to myself in my little head I can do this myself NOPE. Anyway, I love those wooden bunnies.

Tylenol sinus severe works well and they do have it on Amazon! Had to get a couple cause it’s the only thing that works! I also take mucinex to help loosen up, I know gross, anything AND take the Tylenol sinus severe. We’re literally suffering over here in California where all the almond trees bloom! 😩 I hate spring allergies!

Facts! If you don't have time to shower every time you go in and out the door (who has the time) you have to at least wipe off somehow bcuz we bring it in on our shoes, clothes, hair. Ughh. But you are exactly right
