Could you be specific about the craft mat you're using in the supply list? Not every craft mat breaks up fluid the same way.

I have one from WOW. Unfortunately I couldn't find it on amazon. I have mine for years.

@@SusanneRose The white media mat from Tim Holtz/Ranger seems to break up droplets more than Teflon mats or acetate or his silicone mat.
