Poet and conservationist Aneeshwar Kunchala is interviewed by 2023 D.C. Youth Poet Laureate Sophia Hall in the Justice Forum at the REACH.
Eight-year-old conservationist Aneeshwar Kunchala uses his poetry and art to spread his important message about conservation to young people and adults around the world. He started this remarkable journey at age 4 after seeing a picture of a dead whale on the beach, its stomach filled with plastic. Aneeshwar is determined to do his part by raising awareness with his poems, paintings, and documentaries. Learn about this inspiring young man in an immersive space dedicated to preserving our planet. Surrounded by his documentary videos, giant images of the world’s amazing wildlife, and Aneeshwar’s own drawings of nature, kids can draw their own favorite animal and add it to the gallery wall.
