nah, its gon be me, already 10 times heard the negative minus karma and i dont even rat... :D for example yesterday someone was pushing me to med camp on woods, i climb on the container and shoot him, i got negative karma from that xd or day after i was hiding friends stuff and got minus karma from that xd
The amount of cheaters on Woods this weekend was insane. We were constantly dying to people with 45 KD and over 85% SR. Like holy fuck
Wish they’d let us see the difference between scav kd and pmc kd, people that kill a ton of scavs will have high kds. Probably not anything above 20 but still people see a 10kd and go “oh he’s cheating”
@@isaiahwilliams4789 yep, especially early wipe it happens a lot, someone will only have like 60-70 kills but they only have 6-7 deaths so they have a 10kd. i had a 10kd the first few days of wipe before i started dying some more
eh its not always cheaters lmao cope harder. my m8 is a 4-5 kd player every wipe survived his first 12 raids in a row.. he had a 80 kd at the highest point 😂so even after 4-5 deaths he still had a kd above 20

This tree / bush karma thing is so dumb. If you dont want people to use the environment in the game, remove them from the game completely. That is literally how dumb this game is.

With camping, why don't they make the pmc shuffle or cough in discomfort after sitting/kneeling/proning for long periods of time. That would give unsuspecting players at least a chance to hear a slight cough or grone as they come around a corner.

i was in an active gunfight and was weak. Laid down in a bush to heal up and by the time i was done healing i had got negative karma it was wild
I’m super new to the game - have only done like 11 raids over the last few months, and have never even successfully extracted. 😂
So what is negative karma, and how does it affect ratting?
Also, is there a way in game to find extracts? Or should I just Google them?
@@Chuck8541 nothing reliable in game--mapgenie and a compass is your best friend
@@Chuck8541 I would stick to just learning two maps at a time. MapGenie has all tarkov maps, spawns, extracts, loot locations, etc. Try that and leave it up on your second monitor.
@@Chuck8541no way in game to find extracts other than just wandering around. Do some offline raids and explore the maps you wanna play. Currently the only known side effect of the negative pmc karma is the boss partizan is more likely to spawn in raids with players who have bad karma and will likely hunt them.

I recently got in a situation where I shot a guy, he was alive and coughing, but so was I, so a backed up and started healing my stomach, and I just so happened to be in a bush, and got negative karma, even though the guy was ratting in the first place, he was lying on the rails on customs near the big concrete structure next to the white sniper towers

3:21 that’s so whack. I hate campers as much as the next guy but it’s part of the game and they shouldn’t try control players like that. The only thing that I wouldn’t mind is negative karma for killing a player who is extracting or negative karma for camping extract. There are times when you naturally roll up and kill someone extracting but it’s rare enough that 1 or 2 times wouldn’t impact your karma. Maybe implement it where you are only negativity impacted after 5 kills or something. Even then I could be convinced it’s not good for the games health.

One thing i have learnt about shooting is dont just unload the whole mag. Its always best to burst fire to control your recoil and have more precision and land more hits in the end.
You unload whole mag when having very close fights. Peak, shoot, hide and repeat in other ranges

i go the bad pmc sound like 4 times last night. when they do turn on the anti-rat boss its gonna be fun!
He spawns sometimes. For now I just know that for certain that he spawns on shoreline and customs.

@@Borkery I do not have any bad karma. Never heard the sound. Then I was on Shorline on the Hep Station Room in the power plant. I heard bushes near the building and I was stopping looting cause I thought a player or a scav is approaching. No steps, no sounds. Then I looted the room and wanted to leave. He killed me when I was running the stairs down but to be fair it took him some seconds cause I was wearing level 5 armour. Don’t know why he killed me but yeah he was hostile. I am a bear.

easier explanation for PMC karma; anything that makes a bush sound will give you negative karma. there is an obvious "cue" to know when you're inside that "negative karma box" which is the sound of the bush. trees and bushes make this noise and im sure if you found grass tall enough to also make this noise that would count towards negative karma as well. im unsure about extract zones but the same will apply. if you're inside the actual extraction zone (green text at the bottom telling you you're extracting IF it were to be your extraction zone) then you will accrue negative karma.
