  • A walkthrough with lighting through the obstacle course "Lost - Escape Adventure" by the Moers showman "Weber" at the Johanniskirmes 2024 in Mettmann. It was built by the previous owner "Edwin de Haan" in 2015. The interior is completely dark, but is designed as a fun course and not as a haunted house. As a special feature, this obstacle course has an elevator simulation room, which you first enter via a small staircase before you reach the interior. During the simulated ride, the visitor first receives instructions on a screen for how to walk through the labyrinth. In the approximately 1 1/2 minute film, which is accompanied by some CGI animations, the professor of a laboratory asks the guests to press the red buttons on the walls, which are located in each room, in order to find the exit more easily. Along the way, there are a few obstacles to overcome, such as moving bars, punching bags, chains, rubber ropes or moats, which are accompanied by various laser, sound and fog effects. There are also a few themed rooms with matching figures and machines. You leave the interior of the course again via a small staircase before you reach the exit via another obstacle course in the form of old car tires. Despite its compactness, the exterior facade is very well done and offers not only moving figures but also numerous smoke and light effects, as well as a waterfall with green-colored water that is piped into two large barrels.
