Yea actually Pierce has a big-brained idea for a real moment, and i believe Lebron respects Rondo enough to listen to his decisions. Only issue is.. Rondo has a fiery temperament so that could be an issue if ever there is some friction but i do think he also respects Lebron too much and understand his status as a player to really be too overboard with it.

Rajon Rondo is a great idea for Head Coach but the problem is I don’t feel honestly that Rajon Rondo is positioning himself to be HC of any team at this point as opposed to JJ Reddick. Rondo has had a few legal issues now if he can get that to go away or somehow limit it to a minimum distraction while it’s being dealt with & there’s time sure.
