Thank you. I don’t think enough water. But I would rather eat more fruit than drink water.
That is the goal.... H302 is the best water to drink.... but adding some h20 is always a plus....

Hello I want to go fully high water content diet but I'm afraid I won't see any gains in the gym or will be nutrient deficient. Is there any truth to that?
