I’ve considered Greek villa, shoji white, agreeable gray, and many more but still can’t decide🤦🏻♂️
The hardest part is working with the trim color I’ve used in the one room I’ve finished, I’m using emerald urethane in high hide white and while I like it for its overall look and brightness, it seems on the cooler side and I’m not sure what colors will work with it. All I’ve ever had before it was behr ultra pure white on everything which honestly seems more versatile? Maybe it’s just because it’s what I’m used to here🤷🏻♂️
Emerald urethane in high tide definitely feels cool with a touch of blue and gray undertone. A neutral or cool-toned white will work the best! Well something like Snowbound, Pure White, Spare White or First Star. Warner colors may clash!

Wow, I'm so grateful to find your color analysis. I would like an interior paint color that is soft enough to compliment an older home with very little direct light from the windows. While I love Alabaster, I think Greek Villa is brighter and would add more warmth to a ranch-style home that's now more open concept after a wall was removed. Great analysis and information. Looking to paint the whole house with Greek Villa. Stuck with what color to choose fot trims and the ceiling? Will pure white be too cool?
SW Pure White can make the Greek villa walls look slightly creamy yellow! You can stick to Greek villa on trims and ceiling for a seamless look.
Thank you for your analysis! It was very helpful! How do you feel about GV with white snow for the trim and ceilings, which has a LRV of 90 versus high reflective white LRV 93. In torn between the two.
White snow has some passive warmth - hence, if you don’t want Greek villa to showcase a dominant yellow undertone - pair with White snow else, High Reflective White works which is definitely brighter and more neutral.

You can try Alabaster, Agreeable Gray, Greek Villa, Origami White, or Pearly White! There are many more and it all depends on how you’re looking to decorate and style :)
what trim color do you use with GV? I want something a smidge lighter for contrast
