Each song fit their own boss battles. Personal opinion: Undefeatable was the best song to start the bosses with. We all know that Super Sonic is essentially a being of chaos that has taken on Gods, genies, and so much more. We all know that he is "Undefeatable," even Sonic knows when he does the little smirk before the battle even starts. It's just the boss tutorial, but it sets the standard for how different the Super Sonic boss battles will be in this game compared to previous games, only for the other boss battles to exceed it each time. (It's the best song in the game, and that's also just my opinion). Break Through It All is where we learn that the Titans are way more serious of a threat than what Giganto showed us. Wyvern had the ability to attack Sonic from anywhere, and the boss battle required more maneuverability and combos while also dodging homing missiles and lazar rings. So we'd have to "Break Through It All" in the sense that while Super Sonic's abilities were still extraordinary, he'd have a more difficult time dealing with the Titans than almost every previous boss in the games. Find Your Flame is not only a sick song, but its message is spot on. Knight is the beefiest Titan that uses a deadly sword and seems to actually know how to use it, unlike most giant bosses with swords that seem to just swing it around aimlessly. That's going to require some critical skill for Sonic to beat, which, luckily, he has now after facing two Titans. Sonic's "flame" is his spirit and will to do whatever it takes to defeat evil and win the day (also I chuckle to myself because he had a literal flame attached to his soul for an entire game). I want to point out the lyrics "Cause in the end, it's you and your friends. You'll find your flame." After helping Amy, Knuckles, and Tails with their cyber-forms to try and free them, Sonic once again has the support of his friends and will to do whatever it takes to free them, even taking on something as deadly as Knight. In the battle, Sonic finds his flame by fighting for what he truly cares about: his friends and doing what's right.
You are so right. I get mad at the Knight every time for holding his sword like a ninja would. But he is a skilled fighter. Though, someone did point out that maybe the Knight was the first and only titan to realize he couldn't hurt Super Sonic in anyway sense he was doing whatever it took to keep distance between him and Sonic. He used his shield to push Sonic away and attempted to kill Sonic with his sword. But I respect him more after I read that comment. However, I also think the Knight just might be more of a defensive fighter rather than an offensive fighter like the other titans. Either way, I do respect him more after coming to this realization.
There's more: The Knight, being hooked into cyberspace, was probably aware of the other titans' defeats, and realized that he was the last line of defense between the primordial world eater they had sealed away and the ignorant loose cannon that is Sonic the Hedgehog. In this sense, their confrontation is a literal "dance with destiny" as the fate of the world hangs in the balance. It's not just Sonic's resolve, but the Knight's as well, captured in the opening line, "WE won't back down!"
You managed to manifest this concept into existence in the Final Horizons! Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to blame you for the almost broken controller I had from this experience /j

The pitch in Find Your Flame was me trying to keep all three songs within the same pitch. Undefeatable and Break Through It All are both not that far apart in terms of overall pitch, only requiring one to be slightly higher and slightly lower, but Find Your Flame is much lower than both by default. I usually try to match pitches as best as I can when making these mashups, but understandable why it isn't considered the best part by some
