    ❓️Question: Does the first layer need to dry completely before picking up the second layer❓️

      Exactly! Because it doesn't work for me! The first design gets left on the plate. And do you need the sticky base coat first!

      Hi! It's actually better if the first layer isn't fully dry. Proceeding quickly with the second layer while the first layer is still slightly tacky helps achieve a better result. Hope this helps! :)
