How to vary sets to avoid 7s.

This has been a real discovery for me. I have now completed 12 sessions and all were over 11 to as many as 32 with only one SOR of 3. average of 14.5 SOR. It has been months and hundreds of sessions. I will continue to post vids and continue the journey
