- Charlotta Grand is here and honestly she's a busted unit all around.
Aside from bringing S.Illnot passive (40% charge bar at battle start), she also has a 5 turn undispellable buff to the entire team without any click which is extendable by her ougi.
Her true potential as a damage dealer comes out after turn 10 when she start having permanent CA Reactivation and double usage of her skills (which get reset by her ougi).
What do you think of Charlotta Grand?
They really need to up the rework system, and make all the powercreept charas useful.
Got her from roulette and honestly pretty busted. Especially with CD reset and multi hit nuke. Weapon's also great

Very happy that I got her, will be trying the same team very soon. I just wish her weapon had a different requirement but oh well, maybe someday we can easily use it.
What I can see is wind finally has cap up weapon.
Why u don't use hal&mal summon or belial here? Also thoughts on Bahamut trascendence?
still don't have any opinion on her because one, my wind grid sucks as hell, and two, still didn't get her even after gachapin frenzy and mukku frenzy

I tried GBF since the KNY Collab and only login while there's free gacha event, i don't really understand the game haha, but recently i got interested, although I can say it's kinda grindy but it's still fun, i haven't built Fire, Wind and Dark team, and i just got the Grand Charlotta, should i use her?

Is her weapon require 15 different skills to activate?
It's pretty easy to reach 15 with the items we have available to be honest. I tried and her weapon seems to be strong even at 0* which is good.

Any option for magna? Or just leave it 🤔
@@little7cider You might be able to try it, it seems that it counts Primal, Magna, and EX skills seperately, it also counts it's own skills towards the 15.
I.E. I am able to reach 7 skills in Magna with just Opus + Qinglong Spear Malus + Charlotta Sword, throw in a Grimnir Harp and Kaneshige and you're already sitting at 11/15

She feels underwhelming to me, offensively her buff is good for magna, but barely noticeable on primal as it's easy to reach cap already, and defensively she's fine if you don't have H. Vane and/or S. Korwa, which is reasonable. Her 1st skill takes 10 turns to be really good but with very long CD, her 2nd is a low cap single nuke with good ougi steroids that takes a while to ramp up, her 3rd skill is her best one with high damage, dispel, delay and acc lowered all in one but loses half of value when using with H. Lich, her passives are good.
The weapon is niche, would help to have something like Big Majesty, but eh.
Charlotta reminds me a lot of G. Monica, cool at first, but after a while you'll rarely see her in meta teams, maybe in some teams for PG or Tower of Babyl sheaningans. Overall she feels like a slightly above normal SSR with Grand slapped to her, and to be honest, Enyo would be a better Grand than her in my opinion.
Yeah...no, I personally disagree, shes one of the best Wind characters easily, thats some massive cope to call her "slightly above normal" SSR. She does almost everything in one kit and is extremely versatile and probably also setting up the next wave of gameplay changes with her S2. I predict her to be one of the most used wind chars in 2023 and 2024. You need to remember very few people have access to every character in every Element and a kit like Charlottas will be a massive boon for most players in Wind. You can blindly slot her in 90% of the games content ans shes really good. The fact you can decide when to cast her skills, since theyll be reset after the next Ougi anyway is absolutely massive for V2 manual and in FA shes probably the best character with Lich already. After 10 Turns she becomes absolutely ridiculous, around the time where most Raids start to actually hurt/get difficult. I have no idea how anyone can call this kit "underwhelming". I guess thats the state of powercreep expectation meta players have these days. Rating characters based on being in one meta comp or not has become insanely annoying in GBF because it screws over 90% of the players who dont even touch those high end meta raids, let alone have access to maxed Eternals and all those different Grands/Seasonals. For every casual player who FAs 6D, GW, Ennead, Malice Raids Id insta recommend Lotta and Lich probably as highest value characters for their wind roster.
@@dome9248 Ok, you have your right to your opinion and I respect it, but you are absolutely reading too much into one comment, already making my entire biography through this. Look, I stated that for ME she feels underwhelming, because for ME it doesn't matter if you can replace Lich with her for the Dispels and Delays, or any other skill damage nuker at that, also she has diminishing returns if you have such characters, because she starts to be redundant, for example if you do use her with Lich, the Dispel will rarely be used and the Delay will be sometimes useful. For manual and VA yeah, she is good but for ME that has little value as this is not the type of content I look for, and having to wait 10 turns to have a semblance of something unique to your kit (with S1) is for ME, underwhelming. You mentioned the classic "oh players are too used with powercreeo these days" and yeah, sure powercreep brings big numbers and that can be fun to see, but the real reason I find Charlotta underwhelming is because she is not really FUN to ME, just as Ougi setups in general are not what I fancy. Do I think they are bad? No, just not really my thing. I mentioned Enyo because to ME, she has a better balance between mechanics on her passive, sinergy with other characters, raw Ougi damage, skill damage and auto attack damage. Of course she does need other characters to shine, but it is extremely fun to me when it works. Is she broken? No.
Again, I don't think and have not said she is bad, is just that after 2 years since the last Grand, I wanted to enjoy the new one. Who knows, she does seem to be teasing a slight meta shift for Wind, so she can totally grow on me later on.
i agree with you. G charlota kinda okayish if you compare to another grand like G Naru. she has her shine after 10 turn and even dragon and the new ra tier raid wont really last that long. probally you will see her at Sieg raid often or GW NM 150-200 since usually you reach above 10 turn. which is a win to me since it would help me alot. also H lich is seasonal unit who you cant spark like.... every legfest or something compare to it kinda different except you wanna say "just spark/ sei tix H lick next Halloween LOL" then i have no words hahaha
ps: enyo to relient to her enemies for me. she good at last GW beacause holy fk that buff boss every trigger is anoying. she niche and need agains something that she good on and G charlota just good over all around.
@@Kindi001 no yeah, H. Lich is not a character that most people will have, and without, G. Charlotta is no doubt the best dispel you can bring.
It's just that I think is valid to consider her value when you do have access to such characters, because even though that will be the minority of players, it is still a valid player base, after all if you main only one element, chances are that you'll try to get most of the important ones for it.
Wind right now is almost like earth a while ago, where most really good characters are seasonals, so having at least 2 good grands available is obviously good.
You can say that but i finally can solo Luci HL with wind thanks to her. She's not made especially for leeching but for HL content/long fight.
