    The thing that I'm really happy about Carnival has really stepped up their game by getting rid of that sticky shower curtain in the bathroom with a door. Now that's definitely upgrade! Overall the cabin itself is very nicely can Modern. Love it.

    💃🙌💃🙌💃🙌💃 THANK YOU, THANK YOU CARNIVAL for FINALLY getting rid of those horrible shower curtains!! That SHOWER DOOR is what excites me MOST about this cabin. Oh & I love the bright, modern & clean look of the decor! 👍👏👍👏👍

    Just booked a 7 day out of Orlando in a Spa Balcony room. Prices were great. I can't wait to see this gorgeous new ship. So glad the shower curtains are gone!!!

    Even though I’m not a big Carnival fan, the staterooms still look decent.

    The little things mean a lot and there are many... like USB charging by the bed and by the counter, more AC outlets - no more having to carry extension cords and USB charging stations, storage inside the multi-use seat/foot rest/food tray, slide-out for the shoes, slide-outs for socks, etc., better bathroom layout, glass shower door in lieu of curtain, bar in shower to prop your feet to clean/lady leg shaving bar, larger mirror in living/bed area, small spot lights by the bed for individual use without disturbing others. This is great. We have already booked a cruise from Port Canaveral.

      Yes on the new one because it blocks or usb a the big one the small you will need a block

  • @thomascatherinehampton8919

    No more clinging shower curtain, USB charging ports at the bed and the desk, GREAT! I also think that replacing the “coffee” table with the multi-use storage bin/seat/eating tray is fantastic. Love the glass show door and the quick flip sofa. I would have loved if you had added a bit more room to the cabins.

    That was your nice-looking room I'd love to spend a couple of days there. Never been on a cruise ship just a passenger freighter. 50 some years ago. If I got anything on my bucket list should be to take a ride on one of these big boats. They all be like new after this layoff.

  • @coachlarrystump
    @coachlarrystump Před 5 lety +6

    These cabins sure do look very narrow and overall smaller in size. An outlet next to the bed instead of USB port would have been preferred especially for those with CPAP devices. Love that they got rid of the shower curtain, but preferred the split vanity with sink in the middle. Also a big fan of the sliding door to the balcony, it will be much better than the old door.

    adding USB plugs by the bedside is a welcome addition, so much so that I may not miss the reduced cabin space. and that new sofa bed design is so attractive that I may not even sleep in the real bed! SMH...

    I Love the new features, however, the staterooms don’t feel very warm, they’re very cold and not welcoming at all, at least in my opinion. I love the Sunshine staterooms the best! 😁

    • @a_a7287
      @a_a7287 Před 5 lety +2

      SBates Yes i agree. I think it's because of the white light making it look less warm and less cozy. That's the only thing but the room definitely got a huge upgrade!

  • @DJ_Andreas

    That bathroom looks much more narrow than before! Are you sure the "vast" majority of your guests will fit when they need to go??

    • @SNIAVideo
      @SNIAVideo Před 5 lety +3

      They are more narrow. All the cabins are more narrow because they now have a cutout configuration to allow the ship to have more cabins. You will be losing some square footage. But getting better design.

    • @ElloImNoodle
      @ElloImNoodle Před 4 lety +1

    • @ElloImNoodle

    No outlets by the bed is a fail. Total hazard to have an extension cord to plug medical equipment. Wake up in the middle of the night, half asleep, to use the bathroom and have an accident.

      I have been on over 75 cruises. I have not seen and refrigerator with a glass front. Never seen lighting behind the head board. Never seen sliding shelves in the closet. Never saw a sofa that converts like that one. I hope they have a night light in the bathroom.
