Are the old seat and the new updated version the exact same size apart from the canopy being able to be adjusted higher? My little boy has long legs so im trying to decide either get the new updated seat so i dont have to deal with the annoying straps never being the right fit so he slides down when in the full upright position or just getting a wagon, i love this pram especially woth the extra shopping basket and snack tray so i dont want to swap if i can avoid it, ive tried contacting cybex but theyve not been much help with my question about the seat
Yes, the seats are the same size apart from the extra 4 inches of headroom. The new seats also have a no rethread harness! ❤️

With the canopy extended up, what is the length from the seat bottom to the top of the canopy aka how long can the torso of the child be? I have a tall 3.5 year old.

This may be a silly question but are the S and S2 models the same thing on the site? It says “ Cybex Gazelle S Stroller” as the description, but S2 when reading the features.

The difference between the S and the S2 is that the S2 has a one pull harnesses, new colors, the seats are interchangeable, and 4 inches of headroom! ❤️

Are the 2 seats able to both be in a reclined position for sleeping/napping? If so what configuration is that?
If the top seat is facing out and the bottom seat is facing towards the parent then they can both recline!

It looks like the bassinet needs to be on the bottom, but the extended Cybex car seat could be on the top as a cot.
What are the tires made of? Are they hard plastic or a rubber like material?
They are foam filled never flat tires!
When in duo, Does the older/heavier child need to be in the top seat?
Either child can be on the top, as long as they are within the 50 lbs weight limit! ❤️

No unfortunately it cannot!
I purchases this stroller in seashell beige . The closing of the stroller it is impossible. I need to push extremely hard 5 or 6 times in order to actual close to close. Can the stroller be defective.? Do you need to put a lot of pressure to fold?
