I'm late to this review but...I still love this song from DK so much. In the part that Jas had to rewind, that moment looks like a visual metaphor. More than dream, he was literally drowning in memories (i.e. he was surrounded by BW photos). The lack of color not just of the photos but with especially the sequence surrounding him waking from the dream, could be implying something about a emotional distance or a sense of fading. I dont speak a lick of Korean but there is a saying that the dead live on in our memories. DK not wanting to leave is basically because I can only meet this person in my dreams.
Imagine theres one person who wants you so bad, you wont care if that person lives far away or with someone else, just having them in your dream would do.
