That house is horrible. The square footage of that house is smaller than the massive 2 bedroom flat he likes. Ceiling are low, and he need to knock down dozens of walls to make it livable.
Just because someone said 4 bedroom, doesn't mean that it's big. The video shows that the bedrooms are tiny.
