Ckay is a true student of the music art. Deep knowledge of music history. A lot of cats could learn from him.

I have watched several interviews of Ckay and this is one of the best. You have allowed him to express himself without interruptions. Ckay's story is intriguing, just like his music. I can't wait for his documentary.

Thank you, thank you CKay for mentioning and given credits to these great Nigerian musicians and legends that paved the way for so many Nigerian artistes of today. We barely hear any type of recognition for these past musical legends from Nigerian today. It's very sad.
This is why some Ghanians insult Nigerians left, right, and center, because of people like Mr. Host here, who constantly praises and validate Ghanians as the creator of music in Nigeria, as if Nigeria never had any music prior to the year 2000's.
I once commented on this channel and listed many Nigerian music legends like Cardinal Rex Lawson, Victor Uwaifo , Osita Osadebe, Ebenezer Obey, Sunny Ade, Fela Kuti, Bright Chimezie, IK Dairo, Sunny Okosun, Ema Ogisi, Bongos Ikwe, Oriental Brothers, Felix Liberty, Jide Obi, Sweet Breeze, One World, Strangers of Owerri, Cloud 7 and much more.
But the host of this show was too busy kissing Ghanians aristes ass, and not asking them tough questions, or correct them especially when they make erroneous and insulting statements about his own country Nigeria, on his show. I have never seen such a sell-out and a clout chaser, like this host ever in my life.
This is the reason some Ghanians are now saying that Nigerian artistes see Ghana as heaven. What they are basically saying is that your country is trash. Therefore, you guys always run to Ghana and stay there and spend lavishly to support Ghana's economy while your country is rotten away.
This is exactly what you people accuse your policians of doing too.
    WAKE UP!

I see why he ran away from home, his parents probably wanted him to be an academic, and he said he wants to do music. Nigerian parents don't play about education.
