    Thank you for the content. It definitely is making me feel like I need to level up. Used to do muay thai before covid hit and haven't gone since and gained about 20lbs. I'm 33 and after hearing Allie speak about her experience.. I'm definitely going to start going back. Thanks !

    Fun fact: when you do a ''fast cut", your body thinks you're starving and hangs onto your fat more and then once you stop, it adds on extra for ya, bc you were ''starving", and we can't have that. So you're literally doing the opposite of what you meant to do 😅😋

    haha, I'm the only one here! 😂😂😂.... Luckily, I have the perfect solution for Ali: Hi, Ali! You need to learn how to lose. Just go find someone you know can kick your a$$ and train with them. It's called performance anxiety and it can be cripling for newbies. If you can't find a girl then find a dude. There's plenty of them around I'm sure. NO, not your hubby. It's for competition training, not for fun. Literally anyone better than you will do. Make it fun. Put it on a podcast. Go live! woohooo!
