Great set. I never knew there were a gold variant of the hunters and stalkers inserts. Im just trying to complete the toybiz suspended animation. I only have one. My grandma bought me Beast toy and that card was in it.
I liked those suspended animation ones too. I saw this one with the gold (Walmart exclusive) and didn’t realize it either but thought they looked great!

there is actually a Gold, Rainbow and Silver. Rainbow is the regular boxes, Gold is Walmart and Jumbo boxes had the Silver

@@haulinggoodtime yeah but the toy biz cards only came if you bought the action figures so its not technically part of the set.. did you know the card #61 error? Sauron on the back of the card faces right but there is an error card that faces left. they called it version B

Man I collected these in the U.K. back in the day and NEVER even saw one gold card or Observations. Did have a few of the see through cell animation looking ones though.
the cards i started with back in the day were 94-95 xmen fleer ultra, 1995 marvel metal, 94-95 marvel masterpieces, and marvel universe cards. this was before pokemon came out in the states i think.

When I saw you open that Cyclops foil card, I immediately remembered I had this set. I spent an hour tearing apart the garage and found it. Gorgeous cards. I think I got 1 box, as well, back in 1995; and ended up with the full set of Hunter/Stalker and Suspended Animation, and 4 of the 10 Sinister Observations.
I've been watching your videos, because I have a hankering to just buy a box of something and open it, for the naustalgia. Not sure what I should go after, yet.

Check out the Rittenhouse Marvel sets from around 2005-2015; They're almost all so good; and reasonably affordable.
You can get a free trading card in newsstand editions of xcutioners song xovers comics series from xfactor, xmen, uncanny xmen and xforce select issues. They are good I have the series. Love these cards and this break video. I am working on my set of these. The gold is beautiful!
Each pack was like 4 bucks back in the day, pricey.

Hiya.......I have the exact same set. Complete. Although my base set has every card with a gold signature of each artist. I've tried to find out its value just because of the gold signatures to no avail. Just wondered if you had an idea. Cheers.
How much did You pay for the box?
Is it even worth getting a card graded if it’s worth 9.00 after everything is said and done?
That’s the subject of debate these days. Some purists hate the grading system, others think it elevates the card game. Not only is it $9-12 to grade but if the card grades a 10 and it has a value in the $1ks then they charge you more for the grade, not to mention it takes 6-8 months to get your cards back. I’m somewhere in the middle, if I think a card is perfect, rarer & has value I’ll submit it for grading.
