I've started a few weeks ago doing her 20 minute workouts 3 times a week along with walking 30 minutes 3 times a week and a yoga class once a week. I'm excited to see some progress!!
I did one on Monday. I was so full of endorphins I went sailing through the day, overdid things... Chores around the house you name it. Forgot I have chronic fatigue cause of neuro issues😅

I am so glad I left social media behind and kept this along with lemon 8 because IG was all about diets and body shaming. Since have been on the social media detox I have been feeling not only physically great but also mentally great finding this GWJ community. I don’t get people shaming me for still eating meats because too many people are vegan in my “friends groups”. I might as well just never go back to any of those toxic platforms !

@@pooja7970 I know you were asking the original commenter but thought I'd help a little. I found that counting my calories and measuring things out into proper portions and splitting my daily calorie limit into 4-5 smaller meals has helped a lot. I'm down 24lbs in 2 months. I also stopped drinking soda completely and only really drink water, the occasional juice, milk, or tea. That helped a lot too. Eating more fresh foods and trying to get more fiber and protein in has been a big help too. Also, if you're wanting to do exercises do strength training exercises so you don't lose muscle while working out. Strength training will help to tone/sculpt your body. Also, be sure you don't cut your calories too low... I did and ended up stalling for a little bit on weight loss progress. As soon as I upped my calories I dropped 2lbs pretty quickly. Good luck 💜☺️

For everyone trying to work out at home, I have a tip: keep your core muscles tense and squeeze them with every training, even if you're training glutes or upper back or something else. Keep your core tight. These at-home workouts often don't involve weights. By keeping your core tight, you'll perform the exercises correctly and achieve better balance.❤

@@positivevibes9964 I think you'll start to see differences if you go on a low calories diet (don't starve yourself tho) also do more efficient workouts and workout daily. walk or cycle to short distances and drink plenty of water. you should see good results within 1-2 months
@@positivevibes9964 your deficit shouldn't be more than 10% of your maintenance, workout 5 days a week, don't restrict yourself, eat more protein

I've been watching her before she was pregnant she was always fit oh, but what I like about her is her consistency in her discipline to get back into shape but her body would have gone back into shape I have yet to see anyone after having one child and breastfeeding for their body not to go back in shapeshe's also a workout Fitness person so she works out I like people work for a day so she might work out 4 hours a day when you go to work for 8 hours a day, I like her routines and I like the 360 that's why I follow her but she's always been somebody that's been in shape she's already ahead of the game

@@BBRT24 im on weight watchers and only eat organic food. No red meats. One small dessert a day. I burn 2500 cals or more a day and eat at MOST on a bad bingey day 1800.

Good for you! I lost 30lbs in 6 months. Size 10-12 to 6! I’m 72. Takes consistency and tenacity. Start slow gradually add repetitions. Never quit. Quit granulated sugar for 6 months and refined flour. I’ve got so much energy eating smaller portions and eating much healthier. Love it! Halleluyah!!
@@bharris4517you HAVE to be in a calorie deficet to lose weight, they probs ate more veggies then meat or smth, but dont eat too much fruits as it has natural sugar but if you have too much of that then that can be bad

I tell folks all the time do not underestimate at home workouts I lost 25 lb this year just by doing workouts at home and staying in the calorie deficit

I was 320 pounds after having 7 children, one after another with my husband. My last son was born in 2007, I thought fuck it I’m gonna be fat forever.
In 2020 I went through the mental change that you probably did. Take care of me. I changed my diet and started working out hard. Today I weigh 166 at 5’9” feel beautiful! Just get motivated and anyone can change their lives!
Here we can see, never give up and always fight for your dreams- at this day when it clicks in your head- then you can get and do ALL what you want!
