Things not to do on your bike, Lube Your Suspension Fork Like This #shorts #mtb tips #cycling tips @about_MTB Some time when leave your cycle with a unprofessional mechanic , either when you lube your suspension not so carefully, and most of the cases you over lube your suspension extention and then the over floow of oil goes to your "disc rotor" and you mess up every thing. So thats for this video shows how to lub your suspension extension properly and don't wory about messy oil

Never use cycle chain oil to lube suspension, the oil will thicken and make the suspension rough and would not work smoothly

Some time when leave your cycle with a unprofessional mechanic , either when you lube your suspension not so carefully, and most of the cases you over lube your suspension extention and then the over floow of oil goes to your "disc rotor" and you mess up every thing. So thats for this video shows how to lub your suspension extension properly and don't wory about messy oil
