Till Chanda Kochhar, Deepak Kochhar and Dhoot all are out on bail till they are not punished Justice will not be delivered. Imagine a simple middle class person no matter who he or she is has taken a loan from ICICI BANK or be any other bank or a any private financial institution is not able to return the loan or the person is making payments but is paying slowly will that bank or NBFC be so magnanimous be so benevolent to forgive the person NO NEVER first they hire collection agents, then they will file criminal case against that person drag him or her to court threaten them with arrest warrant, but none of that is happening here, all three who literally destroyed ICICI BANK are still not punished and till they are not punished JUSTICE REMAINS UNDELIVERED.
& even if punished what about this huge amount...where it has gone ? Not difficult to find out...in today's technology world...but it will never ....& Even sup court will also not do anything...
The biggest Irony or call it a joke that many Judges and people who are supposed to be the upkeep of justice are friends with the Kochhar couple and Mr. Dhoot, and not just them they are friends with many other highly placed Shariff Scamsters who are the creame de la creame of this society Shyam Benegal's "Party" and later Madhur Bhandarkar directed "The Corporate" exposed though it was very filmy / reel world but it was very close to what happens in real life.
