- This is how I learned to side flip in my backyard. For some reason despite being labeled a beginner trick it took me forever to wrap my head around this move. I️ hope you enjoy, land is at 4:38

Sideflip is such an awkward and also kind of scare trick, lol I still do exactly what you were doing st the beginning, I can't get myself yo actually do it.

I’m working on mine and I got everything down quickly . I just need more height because I keep landing low
Nice happy to hear you didn’t have to struggle as much as I did this trick was a pain. Keep doing hundreds of sideflips and make small changes to form every attempt and that will change

nice job bro! I already landed the sideflip on the bed, even though I don't land it everytime....... but i'm working on it. Plus, you should watch christopher tung's video about 5 biggest sideflip mistakes so you can improve your sideflip

i dont fear doing it, the thing is... we have no backyard and our house is small.

That is inconvenient but I often times go to a nearby park in practice can you do that?
we dont have a park here, its a small village. but we do have a swimming pool, it costs 30 PHP. I still dont understand how to flip sideways in air, i can do it in pool before but, idk what happened to me.

I can do a side dip off a mini trampoline onto the ground but not a sideflip on ground

Sideflip was not my thing man! In fact I never practiced it again after it just didn’t click for me 😂😂 That’s awesome you learned so fast

If this guy learned to block (i.e. have his legs in front of his body) he would have learnt it like 3 times quicker and have a lot better form.
