    We arrived at Ninh Binh yesterday, and fell in love with the beautiful countryside. Our morning began with an amazing hike up to Hang Mua peak, where we were rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of Trang An and the surrounding areas of Ninh Binh.

    We just took a relaxing break for lunch before heading over to the Trang An Boat Tour complex. The Trang An Boat tour is arguably the best boat tour in Ninh Binh Vietnam. This is a UNESCO World Heritage site of Trang An. Guided by a skilled rower, we sailed along the serene waters, passing through magnificent caves and grottoes. The enchanting scenery, characterized by towering cliffs and emerald-green rice fields, painted a picture of tranquility and serenity.
    There are 3 different routes listed, and we had trouble deciding between the 3. Lucky for us, we speak Vietnamese, and our tour guide was able to provide us with a really cool recommendation. Come wander with us as we show you beautiful Ninh Binh and the route we took on the Trang An Boat Tour.

      Thanks! We went in late December and it is a must! If you are going during the summer, we heard that the Tam Coc might have nicer views with the rice fields. Please let us know if you have any other questions. 😊

    3 hours of ride, man. You guys had better pay him well plus tip, bro. Nothing feels better than going back to the country where you were born and visiting and talking to the locals, our comrades whom we left for more than 40 years. It's sad but happy at the same time, nostalgic yes, and...

      Yes, we tipped a well-deserved tip. They work hard and we appreciated it. 😊 It was definitely bittersweet at times but overall, Ninh Binh made us feel very proud to be Vietnamese. Thanks for your comment!

    Hi sir.
    I am taking halong bay tour also. Is this Ninh binh - trang an tour similar. I have heard that trang an is like halong bay on land. Also I have heard that 2 hrs boat ride will b difficult with kids as we r travelling with kids 7 year and 2 year old
    I want your advise. Should I go with trang an tour considering that I am taking halong bay tour or should I take Hanoi city day tour in place of trang an - ninh bin tour.
    Waiting for your response.
    Thanks

      Hi! Thanks for commenting! Good questions. We did an overnight Halong Cruise (see our Halong video: czcams.com/video/rkfYmudgtzM/video.html), and it was a lot of fun. The cave boat ride from the cruise was MUCH shorter, but the scenes are all breathtaking. It is so nice to be on one of those cruises. You can't go wrong there.
      The Trang An Boat Tour is also amazing. Between the 2, we probably like Ninh Binh more, but both are still amazing in their own ways. The Trang Boat tour is long, but they give you plenty of breaks. You're probably not on a boat any more than 20 or 30 minutes at a time. During your breaks, you can stretch your legs as long as you want, have time to change diapers, etc. Your boat driver won't rush you. They just wait until you come back to the boat. Our kids had a blast. I hope that helps.
      As for a Day Tour from Hanoi...with kids, I wouldn't hop on a bus from Hanoi to Halong or Ninh Binh to do a day tour with kids as that's A LOT of traveling (2.5 hrs to Halong, 1.75 hrs to Ninh Binh). To make it relaxing, I'd stay in one of those cities. But that all depends on the amount of time you have. Feel free to ask any more questions.

    I really love how you shot and presented this video. I haven't seen many family travel videos like yours in Vietnam.
    Our family is heading to Ninh Binh in November. If you don't mind me asking, what was the cost of your Trang An boat tour?

      @littlebigwanders  Před 9 měsíci +1

      Thank you so much! Making travel videos with little ones is definitely hard so we are very grateful for positive feedback. ❤️ To answer your question, each ticket costs 250,000 VND, which we thought was totally worth it. Please let us know if you have any more questions. 😊

      @@littlebigwanders Thanks so very much for responding. 250K VND is about $16 AUD so it sounds like a bargain. We're currently filling in eVisa applications so it is starting to get real 😀

    is infant less then one year allowed?

    • @littlebigwanders
      @littlebigwanders  Před 4 měsíci

      That’s a good question! I believe they do allow it You’ll get breaks but I’m not sure if your little one will enjoy sitting for long periods of time. It’s very relaxing and scenic and so some kids might like it, while other kids might go crazy if they like just running around. When we did our research, we found that others didn’t recommend toddlers and younger to go on this boat tour. Our kids were about 5 and 9 at the time though and they loved it. Hope that helps.

    hồi cách đây không lâu Từ Trên hang múa trên đỉnh chỗ con rồng nhòm xuống thung lũng thì thấy có một hình hoa sen rất lớn nằm ở trên cái thửa ruộng. Nhưng rồi có một vài Du Khách tây ngứa mồm Bảo nó hình giống như là còn là tinh trùng của người đàn ông đang bơi trên cái mảnh đất đó vì vậy nên giờ đây họ đã thay đổi cái hình dạng của cái bông sen đó bằng cái này
