You got it, some artists work wet or dry, also some monomers are "wet" or "dry" it's your preference and what works best for YOU, you can mix them too to see if there's a custom formula that helps and a great brush, take your time practice makes the master! Blessings 💜💜💜

I've always put designs on my nails with polish. What got me n2 doing acrylic nails was the fact that I NEEDED something to occupy my time. Due to surgeries n ailments I got addicted to pain pills. I was working on getting clean (sober 3 yrs now) I don't work and I would get the urge. So I ordered some acrylic on Amazon n went from there. I'm so glad I did!!! I've 'met loads of wonderful ppl along the way. TFS this video!! I luv extreme lingth 💜😉
i'm not a nail tech but i did decide to start doing my own nails. had lots of problems with what i wanted and what they were willing to do.

I started doing my own nails in 2016 because my nail tech of almost 8 years moved back to China. I started going to another person and I started to get "greeny's", what I call the green spots from fungus because of nail lifting. I learned so much from the ladies here on CZcams that I have been getting better and better! Thanks for your tips and videos they truly help.
The first video I remember of yours was the advice or tips video when you talk about your nail style and what people say about it but you didn’t care and you were very motivating especially for a me, beginner in nails it really helped me want to push forward and focus on what I like and be the best I want to be at it basically saying I love it and you don’t have to like it
I give it up to you for working with those nail. I only did my pinky and it weighed my whole hand down. You got skills!

Im in school to become an art teacher and I finally got the courage to start doing nails and I love it. It’s very therapeutic. I was about 8 when I knew I wanted to become a nail tech. I had a munch of nail polishes, I would do my cousins nails and as I became better and better I started working with acrylic and still this day I am still learning I’m not the best. Becoming a nail tech has always been my dream it’s just so hard because nail products are expensive and you have to be buying them often. I started doing nails in middle school because at the nails salons my hands would swell up and I knew something wasn’t right so I started doing my own research and using the right products

I started getting into nails because when I was younger, I’d love painting my nails and my mothers.. Eventually I stopped and was a little tomboy for a while lol😂 And I started up recently learning how to do acrylics and I am in love. It really keeps me motivated. I have little interest to do other things I loved before. But hair and nails are what I love doing most right now. And I plan to keep it that way. Most of the stuff I know now is from watching a lot of videos on my recommend. So there are a variety of people I see doing nails and giving tips.
@nailedbykelzz, I started doing nails because nail salon never gave you what you asked for and they would overcharge for the littlest things. Another thing is I felt the service was always rushed. Btw I love your work and continue to strive babe!!!

I've been getting my nails done since I was 13 and I have always been into any kind of cute nail designs. On my IG page I follow A LOT of nail pages lol. I came across your page, Idk how, and was instantly obsessed with your work and to know that you're only a year into doing nails I was like wowww! Because your work is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I follow you and one other person on you tube and you guys give me life when it comes to nails. I'm still working on the craft, trying to get supplies and clientele but I know it doesn't happen overnight. Why I got into nails? Well I felt that I can perfect the craft just like I did with make up. And it's soothing to me for some reason. But you keep doing your thing. You're on your way to amazing things. You should do a nail room tour because I heard you said that you do your nails in your garage and I’m going to start doing peoples nails soon and I was going to do it in my garage but I can’t anyone on CZcams who does nails in their garage, so I want to see how your nail studio is set up.
I started doing nails for the fact that I’m 22 and I’ve only gotten my nails done a handful of times. Whenever I would go to the nail salons I’ve always been uncomfortable and felt like I was being bullied into accepting what I got. Not to mention I have social anxiety so the thoughts of going back would haunt me cause I’m so terrified of being judged. I’ve been told my fingers aren’t “right” for certain styles, or being afraid to tell the tech my nails are crooked. It’s like I always got the bitchy tech. The last time I went to a salon was in the 9th grade. One day I came across a video of yours and was like dang that looks sooooo easy. So I binged watched literally every nail tech on this CZcams app and was like, all this time I could’ve been doing nails on my own ? 😂 it just seemed right so One day I just bought all my beginners supplies and was like I’m gonna do this. For all the girls who don’t have the perfect fingers and the ones with anxiety through the roof. I’d make them the baddest thing walking from their fingers to their toes. Or at least make them feel like it 😂.

I recently started doing nails because I wanted to do something most people don’t do in my community and have a side hustle that will help me make money and learn new skills. I also wanted to prove my parents wrong and show them that I can eventually start a business and have it be run successfully. I would love some nail supplies to help me start my business. @donebymk I started doing nails because I didn’t like the fact that when I went to the nail salon they wouldn’t do it the way I wanted it and I would be overcharged. I know the disappointment of your nails not being the way you want so I decided to do my own. It also ended up becoming a passion of mine that I want to share with others. I’ve always admired nails and all I watch on CZcams is nail videos. Now I just took it a little more seriously and it helps to bring out my artistic side

ig : @sorryramsay i got into nails because one day i was in primark, and there was these really cheap grey press ons, and i absolutely fell in love with them! i literally couldn’t stop staring at them and they were just plain grey. i couldn’t function with them, they weren’t even that long but i still loved having nails so much. after that i just went down a rabbit hole of nail videos and products. it’s been about a year now and i’m still learning! i still don’t have basic acrylic application down sadly because i’ve only recently started with acrylic, i used to only work with press ons, but i’m now learning like i said. anyways i would really like the stickers and decals, like i love trying to find extra nail decor. also i love the nails & video. thanks ☺️☺️
