Kanye stands from a long table with black people all dressed in white, except this one woman. As he starts playing the piano, ballerinas all dressed in black run in two lines to dance to his tune. They're all the same, and as he raps he faces the dancers and not the table (audience). The people at the table pay him no mind at all except for when they raise their glasses for the toast. But this woman, the colourful one who really doesn't fit in, has her whole body turned to him, watching him. He has all her attention. As soon as he stops playing the tune, the dancing women leave as quickly as they arrived. He goes on to take his seat and she's still looking at him, almost admiring him. say what you want about kanye, but this song is definitely a classic. It's the exact portrayal of a man who is able to admit his infidelity and lack of loyalty toward those that care about him (presumably an ex who once cared about him before becoming a self-centered dick). it's truly an anthem for guys willing to admit how shitty they've treated good girls in their pasts who deserved alot better. let's have a toast.

Not bothered by anything he says (him telling her to run away). I think it's the reason why he doesn't face her throughout the whole 'show'.. She stands out in so many ways.. lol it's midnight here.
Would you now think he is romantic😜
I love you just becoz of this explanation. I love you. I love you.
Thank you for your excellent break down 👍🏻 I watched it and that's what I see now
I loved your explanation 😌
EXCELLENT ASSESSMENT!! 👏👏👏👏
It's amazing how so many of us are addicted to pain.
***** Sorry, it's just what I feel like I'm seeing out there in the world.
"They were born, they suffered, they died"(Anatole France) other say that only sure thing in ouer life is moment when death comes to us. So pain can be given by nature, other people or we can feel fear of existence, what can harm a lot. Tradition gives no more recipe how to live, society is cruel, we are left alone with ouer choices. Its not somehow addiction to pain, its fear of unknown, i think. Death can be as a joke in a movie but its real and somehow maybe its not an end but the door to new beginning...
Everyone with something wrong with them must be addicted to something, right?

World wasn't ready for his greatness. This song is so good!
From the best, to the singer, the director, producer, cameraman and crew, record label dammn yall put a lot into this masterpiece and it didn’t end in the booth like other songs you did a fascinating video to add up, best of all times, Kanye merrrrrrn is the best hands down.
Was the song crying at the end? bro wtf kanye you fucking genius. Good song.
Now he worth 6.6 Billion, richest black man in America, richer then every other rapper put together, Kanye a legend
Touch the sky
Jay z is worth more
As per Google it's $1.8 billion🤷🏻♂️.
But yes, Kanye is a legend🙌🏻
@@brianabee88 Not really. As per official numbers currently Jay Z is 1,4 while Kanye is 1,8 and additionaly by many reports Kanye's net worth grew to 6,6 with his stake in Addidas, Gap etc...
Kanye did good with his dough. Some rappers bought cars, jewelries, got women pregnant like heck and paying children support like heck and they're broke.
when that jawn said “you been puttin up wit my sHiSh just wat too long” i felt that
2024 & still think this is a masterpiece. Regardless of many people's opinions on him, he is one of the great musical geniuses of his era.
This is, and will forever remain One of the greatest songs ever made! Almost a decade and still gives me the chills
xo xo applashh
After a long 12hr shift. I was feeling this song to the core. On repeat
It's my favourite song of all time.
say what you want about kanye, but this song is definitely a classic.
Wow. You got so much wisdom
Chill dude it’s 2 notes and distortion
@@ragebaby8396 you're right mr downplay a classic to simplicity.
@@ragebaby8396 bruh you’re sad
Or guys that have been called.a.scumbag when they actually aren't because someone wanted to make them feel like shit and own them when they were in love.
Balet and Hip-Hop go so well together ❤️
This wasn't necessarily just hip hop
@@tumisoramonetha7423 it was but it becomes experimental when you incorporate non traditional instruments.
This version is amazing and doesn’t feel it’s as long as it is because every moment of it is mesmerising
No rapper has an artistic vision like Kanye. He's the greatest hip hop artist in my opinion.
Kendrick
As you said just your opinion, Wu tang, El P, Aesop rock, gangstarr, 2pac and 100more artists better that this commercial product....(And its just my opinion, but I'm not the only one) ;)
He's definitely outside the typical box like ah boss
JO 7Z Is Kanye the commercial one? All his actions make him controversial. I would say the mainstream view now is to hate on Kanye. You may think he is commercial because of how profound his work is, but that may just be because he is a larger personality than all of the people you listed.
your an idiot for thinking kanye is special in any way open your eyes man
These women can say they danced in a rap video and not be ashamed of it.
🎓🤘
Till this day, this man's art is still top notch. Love
A Masterpiece
Kanye is so creative
Most highly gifted people are eccentric.
I wish we can run to greater days. ❤
Miss this Kanye, hope he eventually finds his ground
He is, he’s blessed by the most high. Jesus.
@@robg951 So jesus is cool with hate and anti-semitism? Kanye has become a caricature, he's like Clayton Bigsby brought to life now. It's sad...
@@curiousjoel So much of what he says about jews are 100% correct. They do hold way to much power. Especially over the banks and hollywood.
@@chaotixskulls7051 except race/religion has nothing to do with it, the only reason to bring that into the equation is for racist/anti-semitic reasons.
People in power work to amass power, this isn't exclusive to any one religion or race, so going after the folks who have power in Hollywood because they are Jewish is textbook racism/anti-Semitism.
@@curiousjoel Yes.
There's not much denying his talent, no matter how crazy he might be. This is pure gold as far as music goes.
God delivered him bro
i just thought the same damn thing. ten years later this song still hits different!

runaway kanye west
He's honest. I respect that
When he get's on the piano you can feel all the emotions through his actions.. With that being said, this song helps me through so many different heart breaks and issues that no person could ever relieve me of. It's a strong and passionate song that has so much truth behind the lyrics. I wish I could personally thank Kanye for this work of art.
Raquelle Kochel i know that feeling

This is gonna be the new National Anthem for America in 2021
Beautiful Kanye Music ❤😢❤Loss of his Mom …. Everything changes fast.
Whatever you got to say about the man, he is a master in his craft
When I first heard this song when it came out I wondered why with the auto tune verse, but then i realized it was just pure emotion, like when you're yelling stuff out loud and it's just noise that comes out.

I am so thankful this album exists.

I guessin' you're at an advantage
'Cause you could blame me for everything
