Wow! This is the first time I see a hairdresser cutting so little hair and still giving someone a new hair cut. Every hairdresser I went decided I needed 2 or 3 inches of my hair cut when I went just for a trim.
I didnt know how much an 11 minute video can tell me about the degrees of a haircut. Just going to watch this like 4 more times.

WOW! I've never seen such a knowledgeable curl stylist on CZcams! I'd love to have a stylist like you cut my curls!!
Why can't I find a stylist to do this? I've walked into salons, and they have butchered my curls! Plus...they have always, always, always, cut off WAY more than I ever wanted to.
Same, I have decided to just cut my own and only go to the stylist for highlights. I want to keep my length.

At the end you should do a side by side of the before and after, I jumped back to the beginning and it is a big difference!

I love this, I have a client that could be this girls twin, I'm assuming if you want to go shorter with the layers... will it be disconnected?
This was great! I have more of a wave pattern and fine hair. Because I have a square face I want to create volume on top and reduce the volume on the sides. How does one achieve that? What do I ask of my stylist? I have to find a different one as the current stylist cuts 3-4 more inches off than I want each time and insists on flat ironing my hair straight.

Do you have any tips for us curly girls trimming at home while in quaratine and salons are closed again?
Awesome and informative video! Would this work in tighter, less dense curls? I've been losing so much hair and my normal deva cut doesn't look as good anymore. My stylist said since I lost so much density I can no longer have the shape I want. My hair is a little longer than what you trimmed in this video.

I was always taught that 90 degrees is straight out from wherever you are on the head and 180 is always vertical held straight up
