that is true, and it's destructive power certainly won't lead to a clamiable outcome. And even as clamplicated as it is, there's clample room for adjustments.

The overcentralization around Clamperl is severe.
Another thing that could potentially work on para-spam, maybe instead of graveler is Cubone, which hits harder and doesn't instantly die to a stray hp grass. Though graveler DOES help vs all the returns and double edges flyin around. This tier is surprisingly multi-dimensional!!

Really? Have you seen that clam stats? lmao it sucks, sure it hits insanely hard with its item, but it dies to a slight breeze and is slow as molasses. Only in RS ZU it's good, because it's the only tier where base 35 HP doesn't mean instant death, and base 32 speed can outspeed some stuff. And yeah the item is obviously banned in LC.

Jim, I've tried my hand at this meta and I think the Choice Band Snubbull anti-meta is very strong. He is a very powerful man, despite his LC ranking.
I would like to add, Hypnosis+Belly Drum Poliwag is also a strong answer to Wailmer (60% of the time)
