The switch between Death and actual Mothica gave me chills. When you have self-destructive tendencies, you become your own death 😭. But idk was it supposed to mean as i thought
I interpreted it as right when she was about to fall onto death, she leaned on herself instead. ❤
She found comfort I her future self rather than death? Or vice versa, she used to look upon her past with the eyes of a reaper, but now it's with her current experiences
Could also be to that younger version of herself, she could only look ahead and see death, while her now can look back and see the version of herself who was in pain back then.
The self destructive tendencies can get better, I promise, and this is coming from someone who was living in pure hell when I was younger, everything got better as I continued to fight. Just don't give up even when things are pure darkness. You are strong no matter how much suffering you've gone through, if you weren't strong you wouldn't be here writing this. Neither would Mothica make such beautiful art if she didn't have the strength of a fighter inside her!

Relate with this so much we all struggle with some type of darkness and feel doomed. I was diagnosed with aspd a while ago and through its not something that I think about often its still really effects me
I grew up with depression, physical beatings, and child sexual abuse. After all that, I was still called a gifted child. And I definitely relate to "If only I knew what he could do, I would've never gone in" -- you know what? I actually need to share this song dude because that lyric hits HOME.
