    Fantastic review, really dig the honest assessment, considering you went with the RS. You reaffirmed my decision was a good one, as I just put a deposit down on the Tuono 660 Factory!

    Isn’t the throttle jerky on closing? Not a smooth deceleration. I sold the bigger Tuono because of this annoyance.

    just by the way you did this video I subscribed. now I will look at what else you have done. I think you will ride your RS now and wish you were riding the Tuono. riding a sport bike is to much hard work.

    Hi mate, just one tip, clutch should be pulled with 2 finger, on very soft clutch with one finger for better grip of hadlebars, yep on smooth road and relaxing crusing no debate about 4 fingers but for hard driving or enduro/enduro touristic bike on gravel and rocks you defenitely learn this 2-1 fingers technique for all time. And then you shouldn't got trouble with control panel. :-)

      Maybe, I still think there would be a distance-issue, but I’ll test it out when I can 👌

    You can disable the wheelie control independent of traction control only if the bike is fitted with the optional IMU.

    • @MrDrakenhoff
      @MrDrakenhoff  Před 2 lety

      Thank You! Nothing major imo. Footpegs on the tuono has rubber to reduce vibration. There will be some vibration on higher RPM's though.

      Thanks! After dealing with my own RS660 over a year I ride in throttle map 2 (middle setting) and I've come to the conclusion that it's non necessarily the throttle, but the bikes fueling that cuts quite early. An ECU map would probably fix this.

    The problem is that with a big bike licence in the same price range the Tuono 660 competes with MT-09, MT-09SP, Z900, Z900SE which are better bikes for the money.
    Besides looks why would somebody take a Tuono 660 before a MT09SP (better suspension, more powerful, much quicker and faster, same level of electronics, up to 50 liters factory top case for daily commuting and shopping.
    I got the same problem for the new Ducati Streetfighter V2 with same options, besides looks for the price you get the way better 2022 MT-10SP, 2022 Super Duke R EVO, 2022 ZH2, 2021 S1000R, 2021 Tuono V4 Factory.
    So in my opinion the choice would rely mostly on looks and a bit on brand loyalty.
