thank you so much for this song.
i am 24 years old i am a lonely man, just dropped out of university and i have been praying for direction and light. i was raised in a orphanage and had been thought to have compassion and love for people. at the moment i do not see the light and i do not know how much i have broken down but this song reminds me to get up and get my dreams, it is not easy. but im holding on Gods love and compassion right.

I have literally stumbled on a song that cuts across generations. The story of a black child.. By the time I finished listening. I was in tears, I saw my mum's prayers, and when I graduated with a law degree and she wasn't there," the line " ngiphethe iphendulo yemthandazo yakho" yooohhhh...then I see myself with my sons 13 and 5, as they grow, and this is literally my daily constant prayer.
I want an interview and the story behind these lyrics.
