Dough
3 Cups all-purpose flour
2 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp yeast
3 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 Tsp butter
Luke warm water
Filling
4 Medium potatoes
1 sm carrot
1/2 sm onion
1 Tbsp scallion
1 Tbsp cilantro
1 sm sweet pepper
1 Tsp roasted jeera
Few Wiri Wiri pepper
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Shredded cheese ( your choice)
Oil for frying

Aloo pie, this looks like something my son can eat.💕. After 30 years of marriage, I finally bought a potato ricer. 🤣. This looks like the perfect Saturday morning dish and I might go get some salt fish, fry it up and add it to the potatoes. I will let you know what the boy says. 🤣
