What I appreciate so much about this is that Abi is just one of the girls singing a classic song. The lineage of a great singing voice started with her mother and who knows before that. Each of these women brought something quite special to this performance. As a brother among the sons and daughters of our God because of what Jesus did so willingly for us, this performance blessed me deeply. Assuming that these are my sisters in Christ, I too hope and pray that Abi is protected from a business that can be ruthless. After singing her awesome rendition of The Chain, Abi said she had to get back into character after watching back her conversation with her mother. Abi, let's hope that you never lose character staying authentic to who you are. My guess is that you will gain access to the Carrie Underwoods, Jennifer Hudsons, and Kelly Clarksons of the Idol family and can hear from them the challenges that come with being so SO talented in the music business. Your God-given gift goes well beyond your voice. PLEASE, never lose sight of WHOSE you are. May God continue to bless you and yours.

So glad you won. Just remember to glorfiy Him in the message and don't let the world influence you.
