Ah Wanshi, the other A rank who I thought was an attacker because of his moveset right next to A Vera but it's actually a support. For real, he looks really fun to play.
It kinda makes sense if you think about it. Strike Hawk is composed of Tanks and Support, but lore-wise they're a special unit that work individually, so it makes sense that they're all strong in their own right~
He's kinda a "f*ck you" to the dodge button. After a 3 ping, you can hold down the attack button to repeatedly fire pistol bursts, but when you release the button, he jumps back and shoots a sniper round, and if you dodge an attack with that, he basically does a tiny signature attack. Oh and it can also trigger the time stop
i don't care what you say, im using changyu as my tank for the wanshi/lucia plume team. i will never leave senator Armstrong, no matter how much he's powercrept
I'm making him a DPS I don't care His movset is just way too cool and have you seen Wanshi solo videos?? Way too cool to be a healer who is never on the battlefield

Fun fact for those unsure: From testing, the *SS* 50% increase is multiplicative over the top of Cold Snap's skill level, *not* additive. So, at Cold Snap lvl 18, your damage goes from *200% - 700%* to *300% - 1050%*, _not_ *250% - 750%*. This is probably obvious to some, but me being the nerd that I am was unsure due to just how much extra damage that is :P _Testing was as follows:_ - Remove all conditional damage multiplying stuff, including leader passives, memories and weapons. - Get damage numbers for charged + uncharged Blooming Shot (his passive), and Zero Point Bloom (his signature) *1663* - Uncharged Blooming Shot *5827* - Charged Blooming Shot *7771* - Zero Point Bloom - _Maths:_ Zero Point Bloom at lvl 18 does *1400%* damage, so *7771 / 14 = 555.07* is what we expect an attack to do at 100% damage. We can then figure out what % damage Blooming Shot does by dividing their tested damage numbers by *555.07*, then multiplying by *100*: *1663 / 555.07 * 100 = %300.60* *5827 / 555.07 * 100 = %1049.78* (All maths is rounded to 2 decimals for readability) _Fun tidbit for those willing to read this far:_ If his *SSS+* works the same way as his *SS* (and I have no reason to believe otherwise), it'll make his signature do the exact same total amount of damage as Luna's at base *S* ;)

Wanshi is like a lucky charm, I was hitting pity in the banner so I decided to pull some extra Wanshi (to get him to S rank) while getting the S Construct. Luna dropped in. So I decided to spend my remaining Chrome Glory funds to get them decent weapons. Got Wanshi's 5* gun, and Luna's 5* and 6* weapons T-T
Changyu :( i use him as da vinci holder, because his QTE can freeze enemies (which is pretty cool cc) and ofc that "ora ora ora" punch look like fu hua in honkai, with very long activation signature and pretty low dmg :D Oh wait, we talk about wanshi here, and i dont even have plume yet 😅
i saw his gameplay once, i thought his core passive automatically parries for you. But i thought that was too OP so it's understandable. Wanshi's mechanics are really fun though, i just need to get his memories so i can ultima him

Finally an Ice healer for my Plume Can anyone explain why Wanshi is not paired with Changyu? Right now my team is Plume, Changyu and then Vera, isn't SSS Wanshi a great replacement of Vera? why Ayla, Rosetta or B nanami for the tank slot?
because the ice debuff set (zwy) only has a chance to proc of hits, so characters with multihit and long duration qte's are best to reliably procc the ice resist shred. Wanshi and Changyu don't have that.

I have Wanshi with Lucia Plume memories, ice damage. Almost all the support have the same memories and that's boring. I have a GiGACHAD Liv eclipse (B) with Patton. If you need a healer Liv S is one of the best options.

Changyu needs SSS as well as signature to be a davinci bot (since he has unreliable qte to procc zuwenyuan passive) while ayla just needs to be S to hold zuwen well or be a davinci bot.

He looks so cool :D By the way you can also summon for him tomorrow using your blue tickets (not black cards) that you earn through supply boxes (click bottom left button of missions menu). You can earn blue tickets every week. For A ranks you can summon them in 10 pulls in the standard banner (make sure to select him as the target)
Einstein only works when the qte is the element you want to shred, ayla it's physical so it doesn't work. So for echo aria wanshi will be the ein holder. Next patch he'll hold Guinevere. Technically you could also have wanshi hold Guinevere while plume still holds Einstein but she'll need to transition to darwin soon anyways.

For Sub DPS, yeah, just go with Da Vinci. For actual DPS Wanshi 4 piece Zuwenyuan.

Rexlent's spreadsheet in the description has lv45 stats for 6 star memories.

5k is only enough for 20 pull bruhh. Just farm him like a all ppl do. In 3 months u will SSS him.
if you account for 2 pulls and the free 30 (1 to pull, 1 to S, shards to SS) then about 3 more copies

The basic explanation is global hasn't caught up to the CN server cos it released a lil later (a lot later actually)
Global is following the release of each Construct and Compositor of CN schedule which is why there are still a lot of them not yet in global.
So should we fully resonate Einsteina with Wanshi now, or should we resonate Guinivere, but then swap out to Einsteina?
