  • Here is pretty much everything you need to know about bidets!
    Hi Everyone!
    I never thought I would say this but we are currently living through a toilet paper shortage. People are scrambling to get toilet paper so I decided to look into a bidet just in case we can't restock when we run out. After doing some research, I actually found out that bidets are much more beneficial than toilet paper and a good thing to have around.
    In this video, I talk about the benefits of a bidet, a brief history of where the bidet came from, the most common types of bidets that you can buy, and I tried installing my own handheld bidet 😄
    I hope you enjoy this video! Please let me know if you have any questions or anything else you want me to discuss!

      I use cloth pads now and I am so glad that I switched to those - I also used a heck of a lot of TP and it's gross but I never felt fully clean.
      I hate toilet paper. Yeah, it sounds like a reasonable idea but it doesn't actually clean as well as you'd think and the thought just makes me feel really gross but we learn things everyday and I have wanted one of these handheld Bidets for a while.
      Water like this absolutely would be great for cleaning yourself thoroughly during your period and I have been wanting to get one for a while but I live with my parents and my Father in particular doesn't feel that Bidets in general are very hygienic but they are a million times better in my opinion and I'm hoping to get one soon as my Mother thinks it would be a good idea.
      I'm looking forward to trying one haha! I never thought I'd be eager to try something simple like this but honestly, I've heard bad things about Toilet Paper and a Bidet like this sounds easy to use and convenient to have 😊

    Coming from the Philippines, I was never comfortable with toilet paper after pooping. We normally use our hands with a small bucket of water, with soap. So the hose bidet was a natural progression. We’ve had them installed in our house for many years now.

      @@stepup6452 An older person may have flexibility issues reaching behind to spray themselves. Males often spray downward from your lower back / butt area and females front to back. The more expensive 2nd type of bidet she mentioned would be ideal if older. You should use Thread Seal Tape, 1/2-In to avoid water leaks and property damage, if water is left on. Also discuss with children so they know to tell you, if they see leaking water in your home. For that 2nd type of bidet, use front wash feature (sometimes called “feminine wash”) to spray water from front to back. This helps prevent anything travelling from the anus to the vagina, which can cause infections.

    An option not mentioned is using a portable Bidet handheld Travel Bottle. It's cheap, can load with 500mL warm or hot water and avoids the potential for plumbing leak! It takes about 6 gallons of water to make one roll of toilet paper so switching over to bidet is cost effective and good for the environment. The more expensive 2nd type of bidet mentioned would be ideal if you have flexibility issues. Use 1/2 inch Thread Seal Tape for the install to avoid water leaks and property damage. Also discuss with children so they know to tell you, if they see leaking water in your home. For that 2nd type of seat bidet, use front wash feature (sometimes called “feminine wash”) to spray water from front to back. When I think of bidets I always worry about it spraying poop water from my backend into my lady parts which can cause bv and yeast infection for me. Also the bidets I’ve seen here in the us in certain business or homes come from under the toilet seat which always makes me cringe because there’s usually poop on them. I guess because poop is splashing up on the bowl, it also splashes onto the bidet attachment. Seeing that, I just can’t bring myself to “clean myself” with something that’s has bits and pieces of other peoples excrements on it. 😩 the one you have seems more sanitary though.

    John 8:12 KJV, "I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life".
    Jesus is the only WAY to God, the TRUTH of salvation, and the Breath/Bread of LIFE.
    ACCEPT Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. Sins separate us from God because He's Holy. All sins will be forgiven and erased through faith in Christ Jesus. God ♥ you, is alive, merciful, faithful, truthful, and is waiting with His arms wide open FOR YOU! For Jesus did not come to establish a religion, but to become a mediator between God and men.
    Through the Grace of God, Jesus was given to us by paying the price at the Cross at Calvary. Repent and confess from your sins to Jesus and ask Him to forgive you. A sinner cannot save a sinner, only a sinless person can. That sinless Being is Jesus Christ Himself.
    Through the faith in Christ Jesus, the sick was healed; everywhere He went, He healed the blind, the mute, the deaf, the demon-possessed, raised the dead, as well as performed many miracles; He also walked on water, turned water into wine, calmed the storm with His command, and was raised up from the dead. Miracles are still being seen today! Jesus is our helper, our healer, our refuge/protection, and our strength for when time gets tough.
    God is standing and knocking at the door waiting for your answer right now because THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS COMING.

    This may be a personal issue but using peanut butter as an example in a potty (poop) situation is kinda yucky! Also what kind of contortions does one have to go through to use this to clean one's butt? I mean do you go at it from the front, or from the back. It seems like it would get water everywhere. I can't picture how this would work neatly.

    So I'm a male living in the United States in his low 50's. You are telling me that you don't use ANY toilet paper after taking a dump? Just use the spray and walk out? LOL! Hell no! Your butt would be gross af. Now if you used the bum gun and THEN toilet paper, bath towel, etc, then ok, maybe. In the U.S. I use wet wipes AND toilet paper. My toilet paper is the most expensive you can buy and is great. But I must admit that you "can't clean anything with a dry towel". I was told this as a young person when I was caddying for golfers on the golf course. The caddy master would make sure you had a wet towel AND a dry towel to clean the players golf clubs, etc. So it does take moisture, but there is NO way you can clean your butt after a dump with JUST a bum gun or spray gun. HELL NO! Absolutely zero chance. I'm grossed out just thinking about it. And why would you live in a country that doesn't allow you to flush toilet paper down the toilet??? Thailand is a dump for this.

    But it’s COLD water... 🥶 don’t think i would be able to use cold water on my privates several times a day... plus, if you don’t use tp in this case, do you put clothes on while you’re dripping water? Walking around with wet pants??.. i don’t get it... 🤔 if you go to someone’s house, do you wipe your bits with their towel?? :D do you just stand there naked till you dry?? Besides, if you spray water on smth dirty, it won’t necessarily be clean, often you need to rub it clean, so do you do it with your bare hand?? That does not sound more hygienic to me... and wouldn’t the water go EVERYWHERE?? and with bits and drops of pee??.. 😳🤢

      What are you talking about the sprayer is powerful enough in itself to wash away all of the poop. Unless you allow it to dry on your behind...which is what happens with toilet paper...if you dont do an obsessive amount of wiping. Also in regards to drying..if you have moisture wicking underwear that it is irrelevant really, your draws will dry on their on. If you dont like being wet temporarily than you can use toilet paper or paper towel to dry.

    • @user-bc4uz9tp8k
      @user-bc4uz9tp8k Před 3 lety

      Your behind is not that wet after using bidet to wear the water would go through your underwear and into your clothes...do you realize how wet you would have to be in order for that to happen?...lmao

    • @user-bc4uz9tp8k
      @user-bc4uz9tp8k Před 3 lety +1

      Your trying to make a bidet sound nasty but in reality wipping your behind with a napkin is worse. If you stepped in dog crap with your bare feet would you just grab some tissue and wipe it off and then put your socks on it over it...no you wouldn't you would actually wash your whole foot...so why doesn't the same concept apply to your behind. This is why a bidet and water is superior because you cant wipe crap off...without residue and without smearing deeper into your butt crack. Water on the other hand washes away everything.

      I’m sorry you feel that way. I personally believe that people can have various opinions on a singular topic and just because there are similar videos on a certain topic, doesn’t mean that everyone will find one video more helpful than another. If CZcams worked the way you just mentioned, there would be only one review or tutorial video for every topic possible. Imagine if you searched, “how to make apple pie” and only found one recipe.
      I apologize if you don’t think me sharing my opinions are original but they are my opinions and some people find different opinions helpful. This is why most e-commerce websites feature reviews for their products. Do you think we should also eliminate all reviews because it is unoriginal for people to share their opinions on products?
