I always forgot how Miyamoto Musashi ages ALOT in vagabond, young lad wanting to get strong to a devote Buddhist through learning philosophy of strength
@@Chadius_Thundercock well prior to the farm, im not completely sure but i think he spent some years just traveling. don’t quote me on that tho. i just remember seeing somewhere that musashi was 29 when he fought kojiro
Musashi represents us all. The desire to move, to become something great, maybe even the greatest. Only to realize that greatness resided in us all along, and only through being able to see the world in its entirety will the blinds be lifted.
@@mangaedits2745 and vinland saga to..but all three vinland and berserk and vagabond is prety realistic though. I am not saying fictional powers in berserk is realistic. But the way the characters are portrayed is realistic
When I saw this video I decided to read the manga because the character development looked so good. I just finished Vagabond recently and it was amazing. The story and artwork are simply breathtaking, it's beyond words. And now I can feel this video and the development of Musashi on a whole other level. Your edit brought me to this amazing manga, thank you very much.
Berserk and Vagabond are god tier. Some of the very few manga series I would honestly say changed me as a person for the better. Especially because in both, we see the protagonist completely change from their past ways. To the point that who they were in the first volume is practically a completely different person from who they are in the last volume. Not many characters in fiction as a whole have such a compelling evolution behind them like Musashi and Guts.
Like seriously author needs to continue his work. Musashi is literally one of my favourite protagonist right beside guts,Joe yabuki, thorfinn,dr tenma, gabimaru and ryu narushima
I guess he wants to continue his own works first cuz vagabond isn't from his own imagination. Musashi is a real japanese swordsman and there is a novel having his name as a title correct me if I'm wrong.
Besides he published the last chapter of vagabond so you could know what happened to musashi afterwards but the fun part is missing where he fought kojiro i guess
@@mangaedits2745 yeah I know the real miyamoto musashi was handsome plus literally was even more terrifying than the manga one. He was literally a living legend

You could even see this in Matahachi. He only improved when he was able to see the consequences to his lies.
Berserk ,vinland saga and vagabond..I can barely explain the kind of emotions I had while reading these...I am just..huh..its just soo good bro.

Still fictional,
Isn't connected to reality in any way.
