Yeah, I also had to replace both buttons, and those were available in aliexpress for around 250-300rs, sad that it got banned. You should check with oneplus service center or a local mobile repair shop, before losing hope.

By the way replacement costs only around 300rs(aliexpress) . Had to replace mine when the volume also stopped working. But due to lockdown delivery will take longer than expected.
