- Addy riding in women's class at Silver Mountain in Kellog Idaho. Congrats to all the race participants and especially the youth and newcomers, it takes a lot of courage to enter. Congrats to Addy on her win; apparently she is "the hammer." This is raw footage so it is long and includes the entire lap. She had a pretty good finish around the 57 min mark where she passed a couple riders on the final climb.
Thanks to the rider (778B Kyle Saxton?) that picked Addy's bike off her when her handlebar pegged her to the ground. She said she would still be there without that help!
Addy finished first of about a dozen competitors in the women's class and 41st overall of about 175 competitors in the bronze class.
Credit when its due, that was a fantastic piece of riding, pure grit, blood and guts determination riding. Well done.

Bronze class is more difficult than I had imagined. You killed it on the hills and more difficult obstacles and ended up passing many riders. I enjoyed your video. Good luck on your next race!

Hey in the very beginning.. on the start box… did Eric say you can catch them without passing them ??? Seemed weird !!

If they correct the starting lines individually for time then you can finish 30 seconds behind the line that started 1 min before you and beat them even though you never physically caught them. Who crosses the finish line first does not measure who won as it is supposed to be an individually timed event. I don't understand why this is so hard to accomplish--why we are not able to start and cross some sensor to automatically record starts as well as finishes--but it never seems to be the case.
