We color eggs also. We use beet juice, cherry fruit, and more to many different colors.
We also have the shrink-wrap way to decorate as well. I do not do that, I like to just color the eggs. Of course first I boil the eggs and then color them after cooling.

Hi from America, Northwest Indiana near Chicago to be exact. Being half Greek, I attend an Orthodox church which sell egg dye throughout Lent so parishioners have it on hand for Pascha. It has confusing directions, clumsily translated from Greek to English and people report poor results ... pale pink or orange eggs (OK if that's what they want) but not the rich ruby red that symbolizes the Blood of Christ. I will tell people about this useful and practical method from Russia!

Personal income tax rate in 2017 from a non-resident/resident. Often residents ' income tax rate of 13% and non - residents- 30%.
However, during the year the employee's tax status may change. When a non-resident becomes a resident, tax is required to charge in accordance with a rate of 13 percent. It is important to note that tax status should be specified in the mandatory year-end and, if necessary, to recalculate personal income tax at the appropriate rate.

Fred, a non-resident pays taxes in two cases only. First, he has an income in Russia. Second, when foreigner is the owner of real estate and motor transport.
The non-resident status is the key point. Long-term residence in Russia requires either the temporary permission to reside, or residence permit.
