For a deer in headlights last year O’Connell played as well as a rookie could. There’s a lot of room for growth and I think we’ll see much of it this year.

Personally, as a Chicago resident and life long Raider fan, Getsy is the part of our offense that concerns me the most. Hopefully he learns from his mistakes and takes advantage of his second chance
Aiden will never be “mobile” but he’s not Dan Marino slow by any means. His bootlegs look good. I think McDaniels playbook held him back too. The thing that ticks me off about Minshew, is he sees ghosts and takes off when the pocket doesn’t even collapse.

AO is a backup and won’t be the franchise qb. Even getting Hoyer to speak highly is what most qb’s do for any qb because it’s like a fraternity. Hoyer is not a good qb so I could care less what he says. Raiders need to draft a qb next year.
