      I have a question, not sure if there is a way to contact you but basically I have started the same business model, using Carrd to make landing pages for businesses, I have my first client already. But my question is, what is your process? Do you transfer the whole site over to them or do you do a monthly service fee etc?
      I’m still trying to refine my process and figure out all of my systems so that I can then productive my service

    • @nathaniel_hall
      @nathaniel_hall  Před 9 měsíci

      @@MalenaDigitalSolutions This is a great question.
      My usual process is to build the page in Carrd & then give them access to the page. They will need their own Carrd account to access it.
      I do offer a retainer where clients can keep me on after completion in case they need to make any amends in the future.
      Hope that helps!

      Hey Jesse, you will need to set up a Calendly account and embed the code onto your Carrd site using the ‘Embed’ element :)

    Intereseting, you are very concrete and realistic...
    A question, even though I know the logo isn't such an important element for those who land directly on a landing page, but where would you put it? Above the banner or on the top left?
    Regarding Carrd, I'm going to get the 19 dollars pro version... but im having difficulty choosing the template because I don't know which one will require the least modifications to be closest to what I need....

    • @nathaniel_hall
      @nathaniel_hall  Před 2 měsíci +1

      Thanks Thomas, and great question! I always tend to put the logo in the top left corner of the page. That ways it’s prominent but doesn’t interfere with anything else in the above the fold.
      As long as the logo is small enough to fit the key content in the above the fold, and doesn’t distract people from the main elements, then it could go anyone along the top, especially on a Carrd landing page that doesn’t require a menu button.
      I always build client landing pages from scratch so can’t recommend a template unfortunately. But as long as you find one that closely matches what you want, you should be able to tweak it slightly to get it exactly how you want

      @@nathaniel_hall yes..thank you for the asnwer..
      Actually i think one of the main points about creating a landing page is how manage in the best way possibile our ego ..
      I mean the perception of the words, of the spaces , of the pictures,and all the other elements is very different for us and for the audience ..
      When we are "clients" we are very pragmatic and ruthless in judging other people's content, when we are in the other position to promote something we expect all universe is waiting for our important and wonderfull sentences..
      Yes...the difficulty is to make a distillation of content totally detached from our ego.
      It's kind of a hard mental training to fight that enemy that is in making a landing but also in life 😅

    Will this word for digital products or is it mainly for coaching?

    • @nathaniel_hall
      @nathaniel_hall  Před 8 měsíci +1

      Great question! This structure is mainly for agencies, but it would still work well for product-based websites. I’m currently working with an E-Commerce business & will be using this structure for their homepage. But each individual product page will need its own structure for optimal results. I’ll have to do a video covering this when the work is completed.

    Can there be a subpages? Menu etc.

    • @nathaniel_hall
      @nathaniel_hall  Před 3 měsíci +1

      Yep, you can be as creative as you like :) To add a subpage you just need to add a ‘control element’ to create a new page. You can create a menu however you like. It’s probably best creating one as a top navigation bar (you’d need to copy & paste it onto each page)

    • @nathaniel_hall
      @nathaniel_hall  Před 3 měsíci +1

      Hey Madelaine, make sure the top & bottom margins are set to zero. The height of the box will also need to be fairly small. The vertical setting will need to be set to 0 too :)
